Affordable and easy to navigate
I like the surveys throughout the year to lower my price. It's easy to update info yearly, I did have some issue with the picture but it fixed itself. I love being able to schedule it and have my appointment set up and even taken care of before I worry about my card expiring. And having access to the same doctor year after year is comforting. We may only meet once a year, but she plays a vital role in my quality of life.

So initially, I had a hard time getting to the Vera heal portal for my online doctors appointment, I believe my Wi-Fi was messing up, so I called Vera heal support. This nice gentleman. ( I forgot his name, maybe Baron? Aaron? Helped me get right to my online Appointment right in time I thought I was going to miss it.
Also Dr Smith was super cool/ nice I don’t know if he is technically with Veraheal but everyone was awesome. Veraheal is decently easy to navigate via context the email updates I get saying it’s time to renew or time to pay or ETC the emails are convenient for someone like me. Over good experience with Vera Heal!
