I ordered a dress from Veron and had a really frustrating experience. When I tried to return it, I was told I’d be issued a 30% refund - but that never happened.

Lying to customers like that is unacceptable. On top of that, the quality of the clothing is very poor and feels cheap. It’s pretty clear this is just a dropshipping operation.

Honestly, you’re better off ordering from sites like DHgate or AliExpress - you’ll get the same quality for a much lower price and similar delivery times.

Don’t waste your money. It’s 2026 - brands like this rely heavily on marketing, but the product just doesn’t live up to it. Be smart before you buy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered the same dress different sizes, checked before I ordered that I could return. One turned up with a hole in it. Contacted customer services, they took weeks to reply. I was offered a refund less 20% or I had to pay to return to China to get my full money back. I wish I had taken the refund with the 20%, I sent back to China months ago and still haven't received my £68 refund. Very annoying as I checked the returns policy before I purchased. SCAM Company

DO NOT BUY from this brand. Ordered a denim trench coat, wasn't the same product ordered and have said a refund was initiated over two months ago and have since ghosted any attempted contact. The phone number on their site dosen't connect. SCAM COMPANY

Totally a scammer .
They present the product as luxury, high quality. The dress I order was totally different designed that was shown on the website. The fabric was a cheap one. I request the money back. I never got the refund. For two months they were saying the package was held in custom’s, then they want me to pay for it.
I just gave up and accept my loss.

Wish I read the reviews before I bought the dress. Honestly the product is so bad. The material is awful, the stitching is so poor. I asked for a refund, and they ghosted me.

DO NOT USE! I ordered 2 x dresses in different sizes with a view to send one back. The quality is very poor, it took weeks to arrive (I think shipped from China.) When I asked about the late delivery they replied straight away. When I emailed to ask how to return (the only way they say to return is to contact them by email) and they have ignored previous 5 emails. SCAMMERS! Reported to Trading Standards and will hopefully be shut down soon.

Ordered a coat for my husband. Very, very poor quality thin material. I have emailed to organise a return but have been completely ignored. The contact number on their website is a fake number. Do not order from this website.

Unfortunately, I’ve learned a lesson buying from these as I have clearly been scammed like so many others who have written reviews on here. Two lace tops that were supposed to be identical other than size were totally different colour. Also poor quality and fit.
So like many others on here I am now being avoided by this fraudulent business that does not exist in the Netherlands and refuses to respond to requests for return address.

Nearly three weeks in and still waiting for order to turn up - bridesmaids shoes which were needed for the dress fitting and now too late. UK phone number doesn't exist, no response to emails, and office obviously in 'Never Land'. Wish I'd read the reviews here before parting with my money.

I ordered a few dresses months ago which arrived in appalling quality, nothing like the photos advertised and have spent over £80 and 3 months trying to return the order to China
They stop replying to emails, don’t deal with the FedEx custom details required by the receiver and dont issue refunds.
TOTAL FRAUDS. Disgraceful company.

I bought two dresses. They arrived within a few days but one of them looked nothing like what I’d ordered and was cheap material and the other one was also poor quality. A month later of various emails where they wanted photos of the items which I sent to “go back to their supplier” with, they still haven’t told me how to get refund. Sham company- don’t use!

AVOID. Website says based in the Netherlands but actually is in China. Items arrived of terrible quality - thin cheap material, poor stitching and ill fitting despite paying £45 for a dress. Requested return but have to pay to return so will lose more than half the money. I have fought via email back and forth as falsely advertising their location but only being offered a 25% refund as I won’t pay the price to post to China.

Ordered a jacket on 12th Nov. Arrived OK, but the fit wasn't great and the material differed somewhat from what it appeared in the online photos. Requested a return and refund. Initially I recieved a few emails encouraging me to accept 30% off the item I didn't want instead of seeking a refund, but I didn't want the item and could do nothing with it. I emailed again to say I wanted to return it and that email was ignored so I attempted to phone them - it was a UK mobile number which directed me to voicemail. I left a message expressing my frustrations and asked that someone contact me. I did them sometime later recieve a another email providing very specific details of how and where to return the item. I was given a Chinese address and begrudgingly I paid to return the item using a courier (DPD) that promised tracking all the way through. The parcel reached China but for the last 5 weeks, the tracking has simply said it is being examined by customs. I doubt the parcel will ever get to the return address nor that I will get a refund.
My advice is steer clear of this bogus company.

Ordered expecting promised fast delivery from the UK from a Dutch-based company. Instead, sent from China, arrived too late and is a cheap and nasty product, looking nothing like the photos and about two sizes too small.

No response to first email requesting to cancel order when dispatch details were confirmed and again, no response to two emails requesting a return so I got a refund through my bank on the basis of false advertising. Poor service, dreadful quality and deceptive in advertising.

I purchased an item on the 16th of November. Which took 2.5 weeks to come. The item is cheap material and not the a good fit. All i want to do is return for a refund. They keep asking me to keep the product for a 30% refund which would be pointless as i dont want the product. I am refusing to pay postage back to China as it states online the company is in the Netherlands and have a uk base. I have been emailing them from the 5th of December fir a returns label and they are refusing to pay for postage back to them. Its been a week emailing back and forward with no resolution.

Not even one star don’t waste your money on this website. I ordered a set for 70 and didn’t come for a month they ignored all my emails and there quality of clothes are terrible, they clame to be from London and the Netherlands but there clothing is straight from china. SCAM ILL SAY IT AGAIN SCAM

My order of a coat took a month to arrive and when it did the coat was terrible quality with a nasty smell. It cost £60, and was not even hemmed properly, and was ill fitting and clearly extremely cheaply made. I contacted the customer service who informed me I would have to pay for tracked delivery return to China in order to receive a refund- or I could keep the product and get 20% refund. This has not been forthcoming however and I have repeatedly contacted the company and they ignore all my emails. This is a scam. Please do not use this company!!

Not even worthy of 1 star, total scam

I ordered shoes advertised as suede and patent leather—no mention anywhere that they were FAUX materials. Unfortunately, I placed the order before reading the reviews (my mistake!). The same day, I emailed the company asking to cancel, but they shipped the order anyway!

Now the parcel has arrived, and they refuse to accept a return. Instead, they offer a 30% refund if I keep the shoes—which are terrible quality and extremely uncomfortable.

Communication with them is a nightmare, and I deeply regret not checking the reviews first.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this website. Returns impossible and quality of material is horrendous. Trading standards are investigating
