The customer service would receive a 5 star in excellence. However, the room divider did not cut the noise from one side of the room to the other, and is therefore, not being used and is a waste of my organization's money. I now do not know what to do with the room divider as it does not meet the purpose of its purchase.

We are opening a small martial arts gym, and permitting has been a challenge. I needed a simple office/storage solution, that looked great and modular to be certain we could pass inspection.

These planters are just gorgeous! Received on time in good condition. Very unique. My deck stands head and shoulders above the others. Highly recommend.

Bad customer service

It was easy to order and arrived on time. The product arrived well packaged and undamaged.

I have no issues with the products or the order process. However, I had some questions regarding installation that I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone and when you did, it seemed like the agents did not know anything about their products. This was not a great company to deal with if you needed customer service.

Exactly what I needed. Ordering process easy. Shipped and received in a timely manner. Will shop here for future office needs.

Over a week ago I submitted an order. I still have not received any confirmation, tracking, or help. I sign in and cannot even see the order yet they charged my credit card immediately, I work for a school that spend quite a bit of funds and this is poor business practice.

Would like to had a phone to call as we as employees have a max on credit card limit so we had to do this 2 times to order the number we wanted.

We are using these walls for all of our cubicles and they are great. So easy to install and I like all of the options with the different sizes to build upon. I do wish that there was a solid 6' height option without the break.

Can’t get any questions answered or anyone to answer the phone. Still don’t have a tracking number on my order
