We do one thing: we survey. We don't sell heat pumps, solar panels, batteries or heat loss calculations as part of an install package — which means our reports are genuinely independent. Happy with the service
They came for a pre-check and informed me of what the process entails. Arrived early morning due to the heat and were happy being left to do their work. Called when done and left the site clean and tidy. Work is clean and tidy. Haven't had it connected yet so can't comment on that but so far I'm happy.

Excellent communication from Stephen letting me know his Expected Time of Arrival a few times on his long Journey. Asked me some basic questions and then after explaining what he would do, just got on with it. Very courteous and respectful. All in all, could not fault it
