Truly innovative approach to helping resolve an "unspeakable" problem for a large number of men.
It's a bit of a faff holding this thing that looks like a gaming console in front of you and sitting on a thing that prods you in the rear end whilst producing a warm feeling. But it's really worth it. A month in, I've got more confidence in that department than I've had in the best part of a decade. It's a shame that more people don't have access to this equipment. I am very pleased that I found out about this and plucked up the courage (3 months later) to phone up and order one.
I can't praise the personnel at Vertica highly enough. The salesman that I first spoke to (I didn't catch his name) put me at ease very quickly- bearing in mind this is a highly personal (and somewhat embarrassing) subject. And for after-sales technical support John Paul is the 'Carlsberg-made' ambassador for the brand.
The emasculative feelings that come eith ED cannot be overstated. A big thanks to Vertica for providing such a worthwhile service

Did not work much for me, painful experiences.
I purchased a Vertica device in February 2025. The device improved my ed somewhat in the beginning but not significantly. I was not able to continue using the device consistently as the RF energy within the device causes painful burning sensations
despite using copious amounts of gel and using the lowest heat settings.
I've spoken to the UK customer service team several times regarding the burning sensation and they said apply more gel. Even after applying more gel, the device causes very painful sporadic heat surges out of the blue. I have informed the UK Vertica team regarding this and am looking forward to a replacement or full refund for this Vertica device. I don't feel this device is safe for usage with the painful heat surges. The risk / benefits are not worth it.

Vertica is not legally permitted for sale in the USA yet and also cannot be legally imported.
Vertica devices also do not utilise laser technology and do not currently supply charger units suitable for North America voltage/electrical input.

The company is great: the support is excellent and Jean Paul is always contactable and helpful
The device is easy to use albeit being a bit uncomfortable due to sudden heat surges
Sadly however, there has been no difference in my ED after three months regular use of the Vertica plus device

Initial Early Review of Vertica Plus Device
I bought the Vertica Plus device more than a month ago but owing to work pressure and Conferences away from home I have successfully used it only 3 times.
A difficult process to start but the Specialist at the Vertica Company John Paul was fantastic in the advice given and help me with the configuration to my iPhone which was difficult to start with.
After just one treatment per week and total of 3 treatments I can see the fullness in the size of the penis but not tried coitus yet as I am not yet confident of a good erection.
I am 78 years old and have erectile dysfunction for 5 years but hopeful the device would work if I use it 3 times per week for at least 8 weeks as recommended by the company.
I will report after the right usage of the device so wish me luck and a prayer in all the Churches!

I had noticed a definite failing in my erectile quality over the last 3 years. I am 68 and always had good erections so I decided to purchase the Vertica last year. It was daunting and I wasn’t sure that it would work for me. The device is not perfect - you have to ‘reach’ your own level of comfort - I thought the higher levels would need to be attained for it to be effective but it can as I call it ‘zing’ your penile shaft which can be disconcerting and uncomfortable. Also, it can burn slightly so remember you need to reach your own comfort level. I am now at that point and in ‘maintenance mode’ - I have been using it once per week now but intend to drop down to once every two weeks - there is no real set guidance on this and it would be beneficial for longer term users to be given a possible ‘optimum guide?” - I think trials are needed here to provide evidence so - does it work? - it does and provides a man with that personal satisfaction that makes life worth living - thank you Vertica but please address the long term users issues and I also would have paid to have this personally ‘demonstrated’ before I stated using it - the video is OK but flawed - I had so many questions and concerns however,the after sales service is superb - thank you John-Paul.

My Vertica purchase has been a turning point in my battle against erectile function. I felt sad snd emasculated, and pills did not seem to work for me that well. Immediately I felt something was going on, but it is a slow burn. But ED did not happen overnight yet 3 months in I have my full erectile capacity back.v

I wish I could get Vertica years ago. It really does work!
The company: I purchased Vertica from Ohh-Med Medical UK. Though we had some complications with delivery, eventually everything was resolved, the company proved its integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction, the responses were super fast and the service felt personalized.
The device: All I can say I wish I could have it years ago. I am over 50 and after 3 months of use I feel 20 years younger. The procedure, though tedious, is not complicated at all, it only requires your dedication, a bit of time and consistency. It's very easy to deal with and in my cases I could see the first results in a month. Oh, yes it does make sense to buy the model with mobile app - it will sort of teach you how to use it right. Though it seems like an expensive investment - if you can afford it and you have the symptoms that Vertica promises to address - stop wasting money on questionable voodoo supplements and get the real thing. I wish I could have done that too, so much stress would have been avoided...
On a slightly negative side - the device might be improved in several areas, the instructions are a bit vague, and you don't need to cover everything with 3mm of gel lol, btw any ultrasound gel should work.
I see a lot of ppl mentioning burning - just don't go with more power settings, if you really need - do it only on Ring+Pad cycle.
Overall I can thank Vertica for much improved quality of my life, no doubts. Good luck!

Of course there is no obligation to purchase from us and other gels are available. However, some alternatives may not always be suitable for use with Vertica and may react with some skin types under heat. If you choose to source your own gel then please always check with one of our Vertica experts to ensure suitability.

I can feel the effect after using it for a few weeks but operating it requires a lot of patience to get right. It takes lots of trial and error and it’s not as simple as it sounds. Additionally, I’ve noticed that burning often occurs within the first few minutes if adjustments aren’t perfect, so you need to be extra cautious. Customer Care has advised me to apply more ultrasound gels which I did very generously each time but burns would still occur, which is frustrating. There’s definitely room for improvement for safety and ease of use.

Generally satisfied so far
The machine appears to be making a difference after a few weeks of use but I found that it hard to use at first and the instructions could have been more detailed. A session is still taking me a lot longer than what is advertised, ie 30 mniutes, but it has decreased with each use. I hope that continuing use will bring even more improvements and I'm happy to provide further feedback in say 3 months time.

A truly remarkable device
A truly remarkable device that has so enhanced my sense of well-being and vigour. Hitherto unaware of such a device for dealing with ED, it was a revelation to me, when coming across a full page article in a regional newspaper, to read about this product. It took some courage initially in telephoning for advice but any fears were unfounded as I was immediately put at ease. The advice given in response to my concerns was carefully noted and considered and within two days, I felt sufficiently confident to place my order. This was, I thought, a unique opportunity to deal with my ED. The device and fitments arrived by courier in a small but neat case within a securely packaged parcel. The accompanying guide book was an essential read, so very helpful in preparing to commence treatment. Quickly adapting to the procedures involved in operating the device, I found the offer of further consultation most helpful in enhancing my technique. By the fourth week, I had noted an improvement to the point being redolent of my younger days; so much so in fact that I found myself quietly shedding some tears such was the joy at the turnround in circumstances. Clearly this product does achieve its advertised aims, so with the same understanding consultants being available to answer any concerns or questions arising as treatment progresses, one can feel confident that purchase of this device is wholly worthwhile.
