From initial 'just looking' through to purchase the whole experience was a pleasure. No pressure sales spiel,plenty of time given. Using the Derby branch I would make a special mention to Saffron who went above and beyond a rarity in this day and age. So vertue classes in my eyes as second to none.

I've just bought a car through vertu citroen derby. They made the whole process very easy and took the stress out. I part exchanged at the same time. All the staff we met were very friendly. Well Scott Burton was a fantastic rep he is extremely thorough on explaining everything and showing you about the things in the car ,especially as we are not techno knowledgeable, so fingers crossed we will have happy driving experience in the car as we had the Dacia sandero stepway before .
