Vertu Skoda Nottingham- Josh made our whole experience excellent and good advice allowed us to make an informed decision in whether or not to go for our first EV! Turns out his advice and our expectations aligned and we are now proud owners of a New Skoda Elroq Sportline which we absolutely love! There was no pushy sales, and nothing but consideration for what we need as a vehicle in our busy lives, and what was a sensible financial decision for us. It could well have been that an EV might not have been the best choice, but for us it suited, and aftercare has been brilliant with check in calls to make sure we are driving fault and hassle free, and to give tips on use. Thank you Josh, we will be back again for our next one!

Disappointed in aftercare service
Disappointed in aftercare. They were desperate to sell me a car before end of July and so even delivered it to me in Scotland. Driver who dropped it off explained what he could about the car as salesman Adam hadn't even done that (even thou he expected me to sign a document saying he had shown me everything). Am still waiting three weeks later for a small refund that was promised by Chris would be knocked off the price but wasn't actioned. Really disappointed. It's a tiny amount but it's the principle that it was offered so should have been sorted. I have chased once and yet four days later they can't arrange a simple bank transfer. They wouldn't even throw in four car mats that were missing when it was delivered. Have spent 30 years using the same Vauxhall dealership but was advised to give a Skoda a chance. I do like the car but disappointed in this particular dealership and wouldn't recommend.

Faulty car and poor service
When trying to sell you a car (and upsell you finance, service plans, shiny paint coating etc.) they are so helpful and friendly. But after the sale they are impossible to get hold of. The car I bought is faulty and in two months I've had no updates on them getting the part they need. Every time I call it's a pain getting through. Apparently only one specific person can help me. Nobody calls me back. I think they're hoping I'll give up and just accept the fault.

Ask Where Your Car Will Actually Be Parked
Warning to potential customers: if you leave your car with this Skoda dealership, ask where it will actually be kept. As a local resident, I've seen what appear to be customers' vehicles left parked on residential streets outside nearby homes instead of being kept at the dealership.
Using local streets as an overflow parking area is inconsiderate to residents and does
not create a good impression. I would expect a dealership to have appropriate arrangements for storing customers' vehicles rather than relying on surrounding residential roads.

Skoda Nottingham
Skoda was very easy to find, although parking can be a be tricky at a busy time. Staff were very helpful and made you welcome. Coffee and tea were offered. The sales men and women knew their cars so were able to offer answers for all our questions. Once we had described what we were looking for they were very quick to find us some vehicles to look at and test drive.
The buying process was straight forward and the collecting appointment made at the time. Lovely new car!

From initial call to picking up the vehicle, it was simple, fast and not the usual back and forth trying to achieve a good price. Josh was friendly and easy to ask questions and got all the admin side sorted seamlessly. All in all, great service and would definitely use this garage again.
