I ordered a bed and only 1 box of parts arrived. When I rang to ask for the other box to be delivered I was told to send back the box that had been delivered and I had to order a new bed myself out of my own money before I got reimbursed when the problem was all on their side. Then when I went to order a new bed the price had gone up from the original purchase price so I had to pay nearly €100 extra. This is totally unsatisfactory and I will not be shopping with Very again.

I received my Ordo starter kit before the expected date and it looks great. Looking forward to having a great smile, thanks to Very and Ordo toothbrush and accessories.

The experience overall was good. However, the starting credit is very low, and the website froze ehrn I was buying my product, so I had to call Customer service.

Ordered a bed weeks ago. Not delivered. No tracking number. Every time I ring I have no clue what anyone is even saying, then they put me on hold never come back. No emails answered. 3 weeks later no product and can’t even return it as I didn’t get anything. Shocking customer service. Stay away not worth the hassle and stress. So disappointed
