Further emails from An Post confirming receipt of both items resulted in delivery on Monday. Both items were well packaged and intact on arrival. Altogether, an excellent purchase with great service. After waiting 11 days for my order which did not show up, the tracking page won't even update as the order never left the warehouse. Upon calling Very.ie they said item is dispatched but the courier replied my email saying they never got any parcel. The worst part is the Very.ie's rep rudeness and dismissiveness. She's interested in waiting another 24hrs to escalate the problem instead of avoiding the initial problem altogether which is annoying. As urgently as i need the item, now i have to buy from another retailer but can't because they'll hold my money for another week before refunding. Very.ie is very dissatisfactory in their service, offering and customer care. It's my first time and will surely be the last, won't be recommending either.

Package came on time, lampshade was exactly as photo showed. Very happy.

Wrong size skirt received. I ordered size 14 received size 12 and there are little threads pulled on the skirt.

Package arrived like it had been throw down 3 flights of stairs! Etb and poster collection was already ripped inside. It was for my daughter’s Christmas present but sourced it again elsewhere.
