I came to apply OCI farhat the admin staff was very friendly did manage to help me in sorting out all documents very well impressed with customer sercvice apart from admins charges from VFS for text and postal service

My experience with VFS Global has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. For almost 8 months, I have been trying to secure an appointment, but there have been no available slots whenever I check. The only advice provided is to keep logging in and checking repeatedly, which has led to months of wasted time and stress with no result.

The appointment system feels completely inaccessible for ordinary applicants. It is difficult to understand how a service can operate for such a long period without providing a realistic opportunity to obtain an appointment. For families trying to reunite, travel, or deal with important immigration matters, this situation creates unnecessary anxiety and uncertainty.

Customer support has not provided any meaningful solution beyond telling applicants to continue checking the website. After many months of doing exactly that, I am still in the same position. A system that requires constant monitoring without any guarantee of availability is simply not fit for purpose.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have encountered with any visa service. The lack of transparency, the apparent shortage of appointments, and the absence of an effective solution have left me with very little confidence in the service. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
