Scam company. Offered a competition of flights, hotel and tickets to the Paris Olympics. 14 months later they haven’t fulfilled any of it, and offered a insultingly low cash alternative of £100 whilst accepting no liability and blaming an unknown third party company.

Also their CFO seems to be on annual leave for 90% of the year.

Wanted to make a change to my account. Reached out over social media and they resolved my issue in minutes! Great customer service.

Support Illegal activity very bad company

I’ve been using VibePay for over a year now. A quick and easy way to send and receive money. No hidden fees. Great customer service and community. Always do giveaways on their social media channels. Just brilliant. Highly recommend.

I have had & used vibe pay for about 1 year to 18 months!
I find vibe pay very easy to send payment rather than given my bank details out it’s very convenient for what I need

I've been using VibePay for a couple of years now for sending & receiving money between family & friends. Being able to chat within channels has been a great addition to the app. Other ways I've used VibePay is to get paid when selling online and purchasing from small businesses, I've even sent the odd donation on twitch to some content creators. Using VibePay is so easy! I no longer need to give out my personal bank details, I give my VibeMe link or QR code, no more accidentally typing in the wrong details! There are no fees, anything I sell I get to keep 100% of the money and it hits my bank instantly! One of their newest features i've found helpful is linking my bank, and seeing all my regular banking transactions and getting a monthly spending insights of my top 5 categories!

After seeing all the bad reviews I was very reluctant in using this app. I resell on Depop and told to accept payment through vibepay.
Once I started using the app and got comfortable . I’ve realised how useful and straightforward it is for new users to make transactions

VibePay is used by scammers to extract money from your account and pay it into bogus bank accounts.
Should merit serious attention from the police.

Was good until Vibepay+ came out, and the mixed review is not because they added a paid plan at all!

Before Vibepay+ it felt like a company that cared and wanted users to be part of their journey growing.
I was there from the start.
We were told of things happening and social media shared this too.
We got told when things were coming and added by email and on social media. It felt like we were all informed. Until Vibepay+ came.

Vibepay+ seems to have taken their focus to that and just that from my experience.

They failed to tell users they had removed any other profiles you might have, leaving you just 1.

We found out when we opened the app and found it blocked one profile at random, leaving you with one that it selected, not you.
We should have got a email about this AND we should have got to CHOOSE which profile to keep!
Instead we were locked out of one profile that they selected, without any warning.

I have all newsletter emails and the removal of profiles for free users, isn't in any of them that I can see. I even searched my mail for it.

Users won't go onto the site to read what Vibepay+ includes if they have no money or have no interest in Vibepay+, so you have to inform users of changes such as removals of profiles, without being able to choose which to keep, which is a HUGE change.

Although saying that, I went on the website and it doesn't even mention what free vs paid features, so how people are supposed to know?
It even shows multiple profiles on the homepage as a feature and doesn't say hidden behind a paywall, so the website doesn't even inform users.

You have a duty to inform users of changes to their plan and this never happened.

When I raised this on social media, I was given what seems like a bit of a snide reply saying "we have been speaking about Vibepay+ for 12 months" which isn't what I was saying at all as I was speaking about PROFILES, not Vibepay+, and that reply felt like pretty much saying (in other words) "we have been posting about this for a long time so why didn't you look" even though I am not speaking about Vibepay+ being released at all, I am speaking about profiles being removed.

We have all heard about Vibepay+, but we didn't hear we were loosing a profile. That is what I am speaking about.
Plus not everyone signs up to the newsletter nor reads every social media post (not that it informed us anyway)

I understand they need to make a profit and Vibepay+ is that way so I am not complaining that they added a paid plan.
I totally get it. I just hope that they don't keep removing features from free to make the paid plan more appealing as we had multiple profiles well before Vibepay+.

Profiles were added before Vibepay+ so I was surprised that we lost any other than 1 they selected.
Why not just let Vibepay+ have say 10 or 20 profiles, and free 3 or 5?

Other than that, it is good to send money for free, although it does seem to be going down the path of caring about paid plans only, which with many other companies, is the start of the end. I hope not at least.

SUGGESTION:
Could you make the newsletter font bigger? It is soooo tiny.
I keep hoping it will get bigger and I keep debating unsubscribing due to the font but I hold off in hopes it will get bigger.

Also can you update your website as it still shows multiple profiles on the homepage as a feature, and reads as though it is a feature for all, which it is not anymore.

If I could I would give Negative 5*!

They acted to facilitate a scam attack on my bank account, suggests they do not take competent references out on their payees

They actively and publicly support illegal person-to-person raffles and gambling, despite knowing the damage that causes to peoples lives, and that’s it’s against the law. All they seem to care about is publicity and use of the app regardless of the circumstances! They ignore communications sent to customer services, through email, website AND all social media channels, even when you’re asking for your data to be deleted. Pretty bad for a financial product that holds connections to your bank account! They are genuinely run by disgraceful, unreliable, unethical people.

Great app, so easy send money to someone that gets there straight away, even if you are not with the same bank as that person highly recommend

Great app for everyone! If you're a streamer you can integrate the app with streamlabs/stream elements and keep 100% of any donations you receive on stream. If you're selling on social media just send your VibePay link and a couple of clicks and it's done! No fees for regular account holders, so not only do you get to keep 100% of your money it also hits your bank account instantly! VibePay aren't a wallet so they don't hold your funds, you don't need to withdraw your money it goes direct in to your bank account. You can send a money request or your vibepay link.. Or if in person you can even get them to scan your personalised QR code. The latest update is awesome allowing you to see transactions, balances and payments all in one place.. I love the fact there's the ability to send a thank you message after receiving a payment. One of my favourite apps to use!

I'm an old foggy so not to great on new apps. Vibepay is quick and easy to use if I can do it you can too:)

I'm a long term VibeTickets fan and got on to the VibePay beta test - loving the app so far, it was easy for me to use with my Halifax account and get paid by my friends for a joint wedding gift.

First version of the app is working well, I recieved my first payment instantly.

App which means you get money back without having to give our account number/sort codes. Fast. Worked easy with HSBC. Thanks VibePay.
