So, you guys at Vicino don't let me post comments on your website?
So, you guys at Vicino are robbing tenants to get out of the lease when we find out how horribly this place is?
You guys don't even deserve 1 star!
Here's a list of things you will have to go thru at this place when you don't know and sign up a lease with these thieves.

Whatever you do as a tenant, do NOT sign up a lease with this people, you WILL be sorry when you want to get out and they will NOT let you! You will have to pay around 6 to 7k to get out of here.
Looking at other comments I can see there are doing the same to other tenants.

I signed a lease for 1 year, after the first week, I want it out of here, the lease managers won't allow me unless I pay them $5588.00

The reasons I want out of here!

1-First week I had to fight with my neighbors over loud music, I had to call the police on a 15-year-old girl that thinks she owns this place. She insulted me and my wife! Had to bring the police here and the management.
They do have a dog that barks every freaking time you get out of your apartment, very annoying.

2- You will find dog/cats leftovers everywhere from your apartment to your parking spot, disgusting knowing you have kids around, very unhealthy!
3- Dogs barking day and night

4-Trash bins will get full, and trash will fly everywhere on the parking lot (see pictures attached)
5-Smoke alarms broken in the washing room? Where's the city of Lakewood to control this? I will fount out
6-My second week here, the police won't stop coming every day! Helicopters/cars, what is this place?

7-Homeless person screaming and walking on the roof of the parking lot at 4:00 AM
8- The back side of the parking lot open to anybody at any time facing the park? Where's' the security in this place?
9-Patrol courtesy at Vicino, call this number? They were NEVER available to show up when I called (4 times)

10-You will come back from work, and you will find out a clown party on the parking lot with clown cars and very loud music, dancing on the parking lot around kids and the cars driving by????
11-You will try to sleep, and groups of smokers will be on the parking lot next to your car at late hours of the night? Security here, where?
12-Tenants will park on the fire/ yellow lanes or anywhere they want blocking lanes or on your parking space!
13-The gardeners will blow the floors and will leave your washed car looking full of dust and foliage!

14-They are painting the parking lot areas and one morning I went to work, and my car had paint everywhere from the spray gun? Are you kidding me? I had to run to the car wash to remove the paint!

15-The worst part of leaving here, the marijuana smokers are everywhere!!!!!!
I cannot even open my patio windows without this smell coming inside my apartment where I have my 11-year-old son and my wife?

$2800 a month and no utilities paid= Around $2900 a month to live in this paradise.

if you care for your family, do not bring them here, you will be sorry.
I come from another country, I'm an American citizen and I can tell you this is the worst place I have seen in my life.
I'm leaving in a few weeks.

Unprofessional management company, a great place to live if you don't mind sharing it with roaches, termites, mold, constant plumbing problems and so forth. What a shame that this is going on here. Residents and potential residents are being deceived and lied to.

If you're touring the building, look around more closely and you will see what you need to and make a decision.

The dirty carport areas where trash is laying around, you may see busted glass out here from cars that are being broken into and several safety issues going on here. Ladders left out on the bldg unattended so any curious kid can have access to the roof, carport area has an opening where again, any curious kid can crawl into and get hurt.

Have them walk you to the church where they offer church parking which isn't until 6pm when it's dark and tell me if you feel comfortable.

The employees do not know how to talk to you after you sign your lease and start having problems, just wait and see. The leasing agents are following a very poor example from their manager Gina Gonzales.

It's quite a shame because this could be a nice place to live if the problems here were addressed in a proper fashion instead of slapping paint over everything. Yes, there are that many roaches and termite throughout the building.
If you're a current resident experiencing this or if you're a potential resident, I feel bad for anyone that has to go thru this.
