I was shown a flat in Leytonstone by a very welcoming and professional estate agent named Enes from Victor Michael estate agency, he was very helpful and insightful.
Fantastic viewing experience!!

From start to finish this was a very smooth process. Viewed Monday midday, referencing complete Thursday. Contract signed Friday, got keys Saturday. 💯 would recommend this company, Esta was amazing and I probably drove her mad due to my tight timescales but she came through. Also Kagan at handover was very efficient with keys and a decent welcome gift👍. If you need help with Renting these guys are top drawer

I had an extremely distressing experience with Victor Michael. On 8 September 2025 at 16:41, I called their office on the number ending 5909 to report a neighbour’s burglar alarm that had been sounding continuously for over 4 hours. The unbearable noise caused me a severe migraine and stress, which was particularly harmful as I am pregnant and caring for a one-year-old toddler.

When I spoke with Grace, instead of acting professionally or showing empathy, she was hostile, offered no reassurance that the issue would be resolved quickly, and even hung up on me while I was in clear distress. I was left crying for an hour while still exposed to the alarm.

Such behaviour from a property manager is unacceptable, especially towards a non-native English speaker. It appears tenants are treated in the same dismissive way, which raises serious concerns about the company’s standards.

I urge Victor Michael to properly investigate this incident and ensure Grace receives mandatory training so this unprofessional conduct is not repeated.
