All over a good experience. Melissa kept me up to date every step of the way. Although, we didn't get the success, i anticipated but that was not for lack of trying. Everyone tried hard, but sometime time it's not just right. Thanks to mellisa and her team for putting their best foot forward.

I had a wonderful experience with VIDA. My initial interview w/ Scott was educational and honest as to what I would expect. I then had an interview w/ my matchmaker, Simmy who was so enthusiastic, warm and team “me” all the way!!! I am a single mom who was finally getting out there again after many years of raising her children. Initially, I was not in a hurry to get started, as I had to get in shape (lose some weight), get my pictures done, Zoom meet w/ a clothes stylists and get ready emotional for my endeavor. Whenever I spoke w/ Simmy, she was always so encouraging and I always felt comfortable sharing w/ her what I was feeling. I feel I have grown so much w/ this approach to dating and w/ the experience of meeting many different dates. It was such a relief knowing that all the tidious work was being done for me as I had a career, in addition to being a business owner. I only had to text, or talk and/or meet up w/ my potential dates and take it from there. I will be forever grateful for Simmy and her encouragement, laughter, and wisdom. I have already recommended this service to 2 other people. I gave this review a 5 star because of Simmy. I should note that there were times when the writers provided some misinformation that didn’t match up w/ my personal information and that took some backpedaling w/ my date to make it not so obvious. Also, we had some technical issues where we were not able to communicate via text which was a little frustrating BUT w/ perseverance, I am happy to say that I have been dating someone regularly now for a few months and we are now exclusive! I signed up for this service to have my profiles written, photos chosen, and to swipe through candidates based on my preferences. My matchmaker and point of contact was Tara Baldwin, and she was amazing! Always very responsive, communicative, kind, and so helpful with any questions. I highly recommend her! The service as a total was very helpful to me as a busy professional. They took care of the time consuming profile setup and admin, and narrowed down the pool of seemingly endless profiles so that I could quickly review and follow through as I wanted. My Vida experience was very positive and I am thankful and grateful for all that the Vida team did to help me and to also educate me. It started with the initial interview, extended to the detailed interview and all of the correspondence that I had with Ms. Hayley.
Ms. Hayley and team learned about me and what I was looking for in a prospective date and they did all of the hard work of finding the right folks for me to contact. What the team did, I could not have done on my own. I don't have the skills, the knowledge, the experience, the metrics, the statistics, the timing, the word choices, etc. to drastically improve my chances of success. The Vida team has all of this and much more. We made a conservative plan to schedule a date a week and within days I had two quality dates scheduled and on the calendar. Within a few weeks I had 16 excellent dialogs going with 16 promising matches for me and I am currently scheduling the dates with all of them. And, thanks to the professional online profiles that Ms. Hayley and team created, I continue to receive likes from prospective dates. And, many have complimented me on the photos, the well written profiles or the witty exchange that Vida initiated on my behalf.
I can honestly say that I learned a great deal and benefited a great deal from the professionals at Vida and am thankful for all that they did for me.

Nordika with Vida has been amazing to work with. She is extremely personable, she cares for her clients and is so genuine and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I was a bit hesitant when I first signed up, but all I knew is that I really did not like trying to read someone's profile and make up some witty comment to try and get their attention. I had a great call with Francesca where she used that to help restructure my profile. She then recommended I work with a photographer and I was thinking this was just a money grab, but the pictures that Patricia took looked real good, they did not look staged. With my new pictures and profile, Francesca and her team got to work. It's not a sit back and wait type of partnership. I approve the people they message and actually connect with Francesca often to discuss my schedule or give her feedback. She is open to feedback which is so important to me. I've gone on some really great dates so far and I'm hoping it works out. I have total faith that Vida/Francesca will get this done.

It was amazing to have someone write a profile for me. Vida scheduled a pro photographer and even helped me choose the right outfits for the photo session. Nordika, my matchmaker was very insightful and helpful. I felt very well taken care of.

Working with VIDA, and especially my coordinator and representative Hayley Harper, was an amazing experience. Right from the initial conversation where Hayley spent a lot of time getting to know me and understanding the type of person I am and am looking for, I knew I was in good hands with Hayley. She provided numerous updates and coordinated with her team and took a personal interest in every connection I made. Hayley was an unbelievable representative. I would recommend Hayley to anyone trying to find the right match.

I found this incredibly useful to help me to outsource this element of my life, and allowed me to simply concentrate on just turning up for the scheduled dates.

Nordika looked after me very well from the start and I could feel her enthusiasm in assisting me and in her role was very genuine. She was always ready to communicate and what I liked was we often spoke on the phone, and this makes a big difference as it's a very personalised service.

I would say that you may not get as many dates you approve of as advertised, and for constructive criticism I think that the team could use other elements that the app allows people to connect ( like speed dating & games etc) to help generate more and better quality leads.

Her ability to bring the team together, streamline the matchmaking process, and provide valuable insights was instrumental in making my online dating experience positive. Stella and Neda's support in creating my profile was invaluable, and the team's diligent efforts in searching for potential matches, responsiveness to feedback, and prompt issue resolution made the online dating journey much more enjoyable and supportive. I recommend VIDA to anyone looking for support through their online dating journey to make it less stressful and to lead to more meaningful connections.

I tried out the service with Vida for a few months and had a positive experience overall. They do a thorough job of covering all the bases, from styling to photos and a personalized matchmaker. My matchmaker, Kedi, was very attentive and answered my many questions throughout the process. Although I haven't found my match quite yet, I did have a number of dates generated and plan to utilize the service again if needed. I would definitely recommend the service to others, especially for busy professionals or anyone needing personalized help navigating the online dating world of today.
