Wij zijn ontzettend goed geholpen door Carlo. Hij heeft ons met veel geduld en aandacht door het hele proces geleid. Carlo betrok ons op een goede manier in het hele proces, en kon zaken goed uitleggen. Voor ons als tweetalig koppel was het heel handig dat dit in het Engels en Nederland kon. Bij andere hypothekers was dit soms ook mogelijk maar niet met de kwaliteit van Carlo en Vissi. Door de hulp is het hypotheekaanvraag heel snel verlopen en wisten we precies waar we aan toe waren en moesten doen, dat is erg fijn in deze voor ons onbekende materie. Dank voor alle hulp Carlo en team!

Choosing Viisi as our mortgage advisor was a fantastic decision! They are extremely knowledgeable and attentive, responding quickly to our questions and keeping track of all the little details. I was impressed with how well they guided us through a complex process, and as an expat I was reassured by their ability to explain everything in English. They don't cut any corners and give a very complete service.
Our case was managed by Marlies Liebrecht and she was amazing! Apart from being a super effective advisor she has a personal touch which is very well received.
Overall we're very impressed and should we need financial advice we will absolutely look at Viisi again.

Everything with Viisi was just great. All the advice they gave me (as a non-Dutch speaking immigrant) was honest, clear and the process was just overall very smooth.

They explain well (conditions, scenarios, etc.), make a near accurate estimate of what you can borrow, insurances, taxes, the time it takes for the mortgage approval, and keep you updated about the whole process. Their website is also a nice reference to learn about mortgage-related terms and search for interest rates. Overall, I definitely recommend them.
