I am happy to recommend Viisi to anyone looking for mortgage advice. After trying 2 other advisors, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, clarity, thoroughness and friendly approach of my Viisi advisor, Andrew. He managed to make a very stressful and complicated experience quite simple and straightforward. Always replied to my emails and followed up quickly to help me out. We had a very good experience with Viisi when we looked for options to apply for a mortgage. Excellent customer service with constant contact by phone, email and online meetings. Answers basically always within 24h. There is also a handy online portal where documents can be upload quite easily. Definitely a company to recommend to a friend.
