Was worried at first after seeing the reviews. Ordered the 9mm f2.8 on Thursday morning and the lens arrived around 2pm on Friday. Was kept informed about the dispatch and shipment the whole time. Would recommend.

I was worried about the 2.6star review, but i bought a 28mm f4.5, a 15% discount was applied at the shop checkout which was good.
Tracking and delivery details updated and delivery in 2 days time with royal mail, i am very pleased and will use it again

I ordered an item for Christmas which was scheduled to arrive on the 8th of December. The carrier allegedly dropped it to the wrong house next door to my office which was vacant and I was advised by them that I would have to raise a dispute with viltrox which I did the first week back to work in January. Let or no response and then 250 euros plus down without a product. No offer of a replacement or confirmation in relation to any dispute being raised. It seems like a scam to me.

This company has a troublesome website to order from. It's own autofill can cause a card to be declined.
I tried 3 times and card was declined but my issuing bank (which responded quickly) said they had no problem at their end. I used the card on another website - no problem.
I messaged Viltinox but got no response from their cutomer service.

Terrible service! Website states next day delivery. I needed a monitor within two days. I didn't hear anything from them upon placing my order. I emailed them twice - no reply and no monitor. Hopefully I haven't lost £220. No number to contact them.

I have ordered a lens, the order page showed the correct delivery address but when I received the confirmation it has a completely different address and there is no phone number to contact Viltrox on. Not a good impression. Where is the lens going. Is this a scam

Worst customer service experience ever.

Much quicker than buying from Viltrox.com - UK stock arrives the next day.

I was sceptical at first, so I emailed Viltrox and they confirmed viltrox.co.uk is their licensed UK distributor. The benefit of using them was that I got a £550 lens at around £450 since the UK guys have a summer sale.

Second, the .com will ship and arrive in 2-3 weeks. This was next-day delivery via tracked 24 Royal Mail.

If you are buying Viltrox stuff, I would recommend them. Way cheaper than on Amazon and cheaper than camera stores.

They respond to emails super fast, too. I got responses even after hours. Something you don't always get with viltrox.com who are more active on Reddit.

Definitely will use again.

Got an email about purchase order and later (after weekend) about delay of shipment. It has been 2- going into 3 weeks now. I have sent them two emails -on the beginning of this waiting period- regarding my order via email they used for the "order delay" and also on their website in the contact us tab or sth like that. No contact at all from them, yet on their website there is a baner next day delivery and even though the lens is in stock.
Raised this to Barclays as I used that bank account provider to buy the item. Scammers. In my experience - terrible waste of waiting time that if the provider would be valid at all could be used to do some shoots.Hope everyone who bought the 770 gbp deal gets their money back.

First time buyer from this company. Ordered two lenses that arrived well packed on a next working day basis as stated. As for the X mount lenses, both have been excellent. For the service, updates and delivery, the same can be said. I’m presently looking at (at least) one more from ViltroxUK but at the same time trying to justify to myself the purchase. May need to part with something in order to feel better about that, but, as far as a review goes, I can give the company the 5 stars they deserve.

A brand new sealed lense arrived the very next day.
Works perfectly as advertised.
Great company will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a lens which, unfortunately, was faulty. Viltrox resolved the problem in a very timely manner. Resolving problems quickly is a sign of a very good, responsible, company. 👍

Absolute scammers!!! I received an empty box without the camera monitor I purchased. They stopped answering my chat messages on all platforms including by email.

I was apprehensive at first realising nobody had left a review yet, but the service was impeccable! I ordered the DC-X3 monitor and it came the next! The team were also quick on emails. Highly recommend!
