It’s a great place to research brands and get collaborations. Getting the media kit done is super easy and fast with this app. Also the app support is great and available any time I need help or have questions. Absolutely love it.

Literally the worst service I've ever…
Literally the worst service I've ever used. Pretty sure they scammed me and will take money out of my bank account. I tried to cancel my subscription, but of course they won't cancel it immediately but after the weekend so they can charge me 20€ for a service that I couldn't even use because they need 7 days to "review" my account.

Your free Premium trial was cancelled well before the end of the trial period and therefore no charge was made.
The service is directed at creators and influencers that are serious about building their business over longer period of time, so sorry you didn’t feel like you got the picture of the value we provide over your 7 day free trial.
We encourage all new users to book an introductory call with us so we can calibrate how to serve you the best, and we are sorry we didn’t have a chance to talk to you 1-on-1.
Apologies that you have waited for our reply longer than you expected, but it is clearly stated in the cancellation process that all requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Fraudulent payments
Hi Vimma, I have asked you to remove all my personal details and bank details on the same day I have registered 20/05/2021, because I realised I have no use for it, it was a mistake registering in the first place. I was reassured via live chat that this has been done, yet you're charging me monthly fees after I have asked you to remove all my PERSONAL details and BANK details. Please send me full refund asap. I have never used your services.
UPDATE: This has been resolved and I had my refund back.

Great advice and help from Vimma
Great advice, tips and hints on how to improve on Instagram and how to become an influencer. Vimma also helped me get two collaborations with brands at no cost. I highly recommend Vimma if you are thinking of being an influencer on Instagram.
