Gone are the days of nasty "wine in a can"! Bought a selection of canned wines because I'm trying to cut down a bit.

The product
My husband has recently stopped drinking wine due to some health issues so I was looking at ways to enjoy a glass of wine without having to open a whole bottle. Wine in a can seemed like a perfect solution but a lot of canned wine out there isn't particularly great. Not so with VinCanCan! I've only tried a few so far but the wine has been excellent. If you're a fan of English wine I would particularly recommend the Nania English red and white, also Nethercote Hill red.

I cannot fault the service! When I placed my order there was a problem with applying the discount code. I emailed straight after checkout and got an email response from Simon soon after. He gave me a credit for 10% on the mixed case, which the discount code was valid for, but also added it to the English cans I ordered. So far so good. A week later I still hadn't received my wine so sent a follow up email to enquire about the status. I then received a phone call directly from Simon, one of the owners, explaining that the credit he'd given had caused a glitch in the system. He personally made sure the wine was packed and dispatched next day and then followed up with another phone call to confirm. It's rare these days to get such personal service, I will be placing my second order very soon!

Vincancan sent us a box of tasting wines which we sampled. It included a good balance of whites, reds and sparkling from different areas of the world.
The tasting discussion was later found on instagram which was interesting.
The canning process didn’t affect the taste and could provide a useful method of taking wine for picnics etc.

Very quick delivery. I thought the prices were a bit high, but the ones I’ve tried so far are pretty good so cannot complain.

The wine was delicious and of great quality. Initially I was a bit sceptical because of the price of the wines but these are the type of wines you would pay £12+ for in the shops and it was lovely to have a couple of small glasses rather than open a full bottle and have to finish it within a couple of nights. It's a lovely treat. And with the added bonus of the most eco-friendly packaging, even better than glass. I will definitely buy again
