Vincent Timber Bewertungen

Everyone at Vincent Timber were so helpful and went out of their way to sort our orders for us to collect on the day with no notice! A very professional and helpful company, especially Carl and Anne, thank you so much.

Been doing business with Vincent for just over a year. Moved from a previous supplier who were beginning to fail , missing key delivery dates & prices forever going north. Vincent have been brilliant & I will continue using them. Please keep u the excellent service. FYI- Love there products, amazing quality & competitive rates.

Really great selection of wooden cladding was a pleasure dealing with Carl great service and would not hesitate in recommending Vincent timber and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great quality service and great cedar cladding boards, completely transformed the façade of an existing superstore following fire damage.

Luke Petty provided an excellent end to end service for our garden room project. Luke provided advice on the best cladding options from a durability, finish and price perspective. The finished project exceeded our expectations and much of this was down to Luke. Thank you.

I have used VT a few times over the years to buy Cape Cod cladding and have always received a great product and service.

Exceptional product, exceptional service every step of the way. Discussed the options for building our contemporary garden studio with Luke, very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Our builder was very impressed with the Thermowood we chose, said it was a pleasure to work with and will be recommending it to future customers. Thank you to everyone, not forgetting our delivery driver, who being " the face " of VT did them proud in the torrential rain.

Had a good experience buying cedar cladding from them. Luke and his colleagues were most helpful and patient guiding me to the right solution for our project. The cladding is on now and looks wonderful. Will be back for our decking soon

Excellent quick service. The sales team were very helpful. Our customer was very happy with the Thermowood, will definitely use again.

The Sales, Accounting and Warehouse teams very so helpful. The red cedar is beautiful. I plan to buy more timber from them later this year

We are involved in a project where we have to replace like-for-like a discontinued product. The team at Vincent were amazing at helping us track down the stock timber and get it processed to our needs.

Excellent before and after sales service. Purchased 1400 linear metres of Cedar timber and most impressed with the consistency.
Many thanks to Malcolm and the team at Vincent Timber

Great customer service, efficient delivery products as described. Would highly recommend.

The sales and the accounting department were ever so helpful with a complicated order. On collection the fork lift man helped load our beautiful cedar cladding instead of taking his break. We are so glad that we chose Vincent Timber.

Excellent service, price and delivery!

Great product for use on contemporary extension to listed building. Very helpful staff and order was placed and received with no issues. Cedar cladding looks fantastic.

Great supplier, the price was very reasonable and together with the service they didnt put a foot wrong. Luke Perry was esepcially helpful.

Always at the end of the phone and happy to help with any queries. Clear communication and good quality products. Happy to continue using Vincent Timber as our main supplier of specialist ply.

Very very disappointed with this company. I've spent over £100k with them over the years. Bought some of a certain stock a while ago and need 1 more sheet. They have blankly refused to help me finish a job with their product because the order I wish to place is under £750...

I knew about Vincent Timbers for a while now. We have used them a number of times for timber shingles, and most recently the cedar battens. Chris has been great from the first contact we had. Good knowledge, very happy to give advice, and the delivery happened earlier than expected. Great outfit will always use. Olly, West Midlands Roofing Company
