I just wanted to say a massive thank you to “Maddie” who welcomed me at reception on Tuesday morning before I got my car serviced.

I was then welcomed by an amazing lady called Debbie (Skinner), who really looked after me, before, during and after when my car service was completed.
Debbie couldn’t do enough for me, thank YOU Debbie 😃👍🏻❤️
Debbie updated me all day and Debbie is a massive asset to your Vindis Service Department big time, you have a very special woman in Debbie and always here to look after your cliental.

Again people are very easy to complain and be negative but again I cannot fault the service I had on Tuesday from Debbie and the others….

Debbie was just a breath of fresh air!
I also bumped into Marlon and again he was a diamond as always, very friendly, courteous and did say to me if I needed anything, please just come and ask him.
Debbie was wonderful yesterday and I loved her complete service I had from her, very professional, friendly and Debbie could not put a foot wrong 😃👍🏻

I have been in customer service roles for over 20 years and again you have got a Gem 💎 within your business, so please look after her and a pay rise too, Debbie is a keeper.

It was also lovely to catch up with Mia too and always friendly and chatty, another Gem 💎 within your business but I was very, very sad to hear Edmund has been promoted within the business and I cannot blame you for doing so, he is a legend in my eyes!

I have never written a google review…

I have never written a google review but am so incensed by the fact that in order to buy a second key for my car I have to visit the service centre in person (a 1.5 hour round trip) to pay for it and show paperwork. Absolutely unbelievable given that this could all be done at the time of handing over the key and / or by zoom. Quite extraordinary. Something deeply wrong with the culture of this company and its leadership.

Repeated faults and poor customer service after purchase of Audi Q3

I bought my Audi Q3 from this dealership in May 2024. Less than a year later, it began suffering repeated camshaft and solenoid system faults. The issue has now been “repaired” over seven times (two repairs by this dealership, the rest by other Audi-authorised centres), yet the same problem continues to occur.
Despite this ongoing situation, the dealership has refused to take meaningful responsibility or offer a fair resolution under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Communication from Alex Owen and Stuart Hill has been unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me to handle the consequences of a clear recurring defect.
I’ve lost both time and money returning the vehicle for repairs, and I’ve had no confidence restored in either the car or the dealership’s customer care.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable after-sales support.

My car has been in a couple of times

My car has been in a couple of times, once for some warranty work and the next time for a service. The first time was ok apart from i didnt get my paperwork.
second time for the service i did get my paperwork but the car hadnt had its service wash, as booked. I asked for my paperwork again but i still havent received it, i was sent somebody elses paperwork, but the problem has still not been remedied. I have emailed on several occasions, even copying in the manager at Waterbeach, but still no response.

I bought a new vehicle which spend more time a the dealership than with me was promised compensation which I never received.Paid for guard x and still haven’t received my customer care package 6 months later.Have tried calling and just keep getting fobbed off so now I email once a week just getting a AI bot telling me that it’s being looked into i have been a loyal customer for over 20 years shocking customer service

HARRASMENT & INTIMIDATION

Apparently Vindis now use their Staff & company property to follow and intimidate Disabled people & also the same gentleman peeping on a 13 year old Boy! PETE HUNTLEY has used Jamie Vindis name & property to do this and also I have no idea why as im not Jewish but making Anti Semitic remarks too, Vile Human who with his OWN EVIDENCE unless I am contacted by anyone at Vindis for further explanation I will be forced to report Inimidation, spying on Underage young Boys & Anti Semitic Remarks.

Joke of a dealer

Joke of a dealer , bought an A6 from Audi Sheffield 6 weeks ago , had a lock issue took it here to be fixed after 2 trips they managed to fix it , then drive system fault and pre sense fault , took it again , was told it’s a software issues and sorted , drove out went straight to Heathrow had breakdown same issues went to limp mode managed to bring back to Peterborough with my own cost, asked for a replacement oh sorry all booked

Dishonest

Do not deal with this garage they are dishonest and not to be trusted
When you agree a price and want to pay a deposit they give you a salesman speech and put the price up not the way to do business

Avoid Vindis Bedford Audi

Avoid this dealership

Purchased an Audi Q3 in August 2024, in for repairs for over 3 months March 2025 - June 2025. They incorrectly replaced the clutch then tried to use that as part of the ‘goodwill gesture’ at the end. Also needed a new gearbox and top mounts. I was sold the car with these issues as noises were apparent from point of sale which progressively got worse. I was told a service was completed prior to sale in which we have now had confirmation it was last completed the year before.

The appalling communication and customer service is why I’m writing this review. I have never received service like it and unfortunately the entire dealership has been extremely let down by certain individuals (specifically the front of house manager). Complete lack of understanding, empathy and we were made to feel like we were the problem rather than the car. Ignored on several occasions with us constantly having to chase. To this day my last 4 emails have been ignored.

After ongoing issues and problems they gave us a goodwill oil service in which my oil light came on the following week and the driver managed to obtain a speeding ticket in my car on his way to its service. Therefore the car had to be returned as the oil was not changed and they cannot provide proof it had been (I have requested this form over 10 times and still not received it).

Thankfully senior management from Northampton Audi managed to arrange a resolution to this horrendous experience.

After owning 5 Audi’s so far, we will never be purchasing an Audi from Bedford again.

All good until you hand over your money, then it’s broken promises

Sales side with Tam was a pleasant experience, once money taken, unsurprisingly that’s when it all went downhill.
Bought a used Golf from Vindis Cambridge. On viewing the vehicle we expressed concern on the state of the alloy wheels. They really let the car down as everything else was great condition. Was assured by salesman Tom that upon collection wheels would be clean and would be ‘mint’. On collection the wheels were still poor. We didn’t have to raise this issue because after 3/4 salesman looking at the car before handover they agreed the wheels needed refurbishing. Manager Matt agreed to having all the wheels refurbished if we went ahead with the sale. Since then, we’ve been fobbed off. Was sent to Vindis Peterborough (as it’s closer so ‘more convenient for me’) expecting to meet with the alloy wheel specialist that goes there, but no, Peterborough was only told I was there for a clean! Cleaning will not improve these wheels and isn’t what was agreed. Valet guy at Peterborough confirmed that wheels need specialist treatment. And so I’m still waiting. Used car manager Matt was supposed to email me, heard nothing, no phone calls as promised and my calls being dodged. How hard is it to keep to your promises! We even offered to organise our own refurb if Vindis contributed to the cost by reducing the car sale price, but no, Matt insisted it needs to be their guy so he can ‘guarantee the quality of the work carried out’. More stalling tactics I now believe.
So my hard learned advice is to be careful of what you’re promised at the time of sale, and get things in writing. I was promised an email at the time of purchase by Matt to confirm alloy wheel refurb was agreed, and of course, that never came either. It’s a total joke and has really ruined the whole experience.

Don’t trust their inspections.

Bought a used TT in Feb 25. Picked the car up to be told a clip on the parcel shelf was on back order and would be posted to me. Has never arrived. On the drive home the wipers were clearly worn to excess and made our 100 journey difficult. The car was clearly not checked and shouldn’t have been released to us. Despite reassurance’s and promises nothing has happened. Complaint made and totally ignored. Now going to escalate to Audi UK and Audi Finance.
Will never go back to Vindis.

Thank you for incredible service

Thank you for incredible service! We were initially greeted by Kevin the General Manager who was really helpful, warm and personable. He essentially sold the vehicle to us and got everything wrapped up. We came back a couple of days later to collect and what a great experience! We were dealt with by Adam who handed over the car, checked everything was paired and we were on our way.. Kevin called us a few days later to ensure all was OK and it most definitely was! It’s only now as we are sat at a beer garden looking at our new car and reflecting on the experience we thought to submit a review. Thank you both, we really appreciate all your help and we will be back when we change my car!!

Professional Service

Brilliant service from start to finish, we recently visited the Northampton VW showroom to look at a California. We had already spoken to Gareth one of the sales people on telephone and he had sent us detailed video via email. Gareth greeted us and talked us through the camper showing us how everything worked etc , no pressure and we wasn't rushed. We decided to go ahead and put a deposit on the campervan. The following week we collected it, beautifully cleaned inside and out. The whole process with Gareth was professional. Great service overall. Thank you 😊

Fantastic first buying experience

I had a fantastic experience at Vindis Volkswagen Huntingdon thanks to Alfie. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free — no pressure, just genuine help and great service. He has even agreed to deliver the car directly to my door as I am having issues with work and childcare. Great experience at purchasing my daughter’s first car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alfie and the team to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you!

Vindis Audi Northampton

Had my Audi in the garage to change the break fluid or something like this back in September 2024. All good until I went to collect the car, my Audi UTR was hanging out on the windscreen. They literally ripped off the camera from the sticky pads saying that the camera shouldn't be on while with them. Off course it was a easier and less stressful thing for me if they just push the button to take it off or just call me to let me know and ask for advice if they didn't knew how to...It was too late to talk with anyone when collecting so I contacted the service team next day. Very apologetic they said they are sorry and to bring the car back in so they can sort it. They actually pushed the two parts together and it was ok until the hot weather started.
Of course I've complained again and I had the car back for service in April and they ordered the pads and guess what, we are in July and no sticky pads, they are on back order and they will call me when they got them. ( That was the answer after I called them a few times to chase it up)
Really disappointed again with this garage.... And for the same reason the Audi UTR camera that a year ago wasn't working and they said it was incorrectly installed....
