Vine House Farm provides bird food, bird feeders & bird care accessories. All our bird foods and other products come direct from our farm. We process, clean, mix and pack virtually all the seeds and seed mixes we sell and all our suet products are UK manufactured and delivered direct to us. Because so much of what we sell we grow ourselves, and what we don’t grow comes straight to us, and then direct you, with free delivery on every order, our overheads are kept to a minimum and we’ve taken out most of the ‘middlemen’ other brands of bird food need in order to operate. So buying from Vine House Farm Bird Foods means you can do so in the knowledge that you’ll only receive consistent high quality products.

Delivery service was frustrating
The product is excellent, particularly the wild bird seed, which is why I am happy to order again but recently the delivery service was frustrating. I ordered 2 items on Thursday then nominated following Tuesday as delivery day.
One item was delivered on Saturday, just as I was going out, OK ,but DX failed to deliver 2nd item in Tuesday estimated time slot and I had to wait till next day. DX said they left a card but didn’t and gave out a phone number to call but they didn’t answer.
The courier said he hadn’t delivered on Tuesday because he had too many items to deliver and hadn’t even come to my address at all despite DX messaging me saying they left a card through my door. Poor.
Can you ask DX to deliver both items at the same time in future?

I ordered a bird feeder
I ordered a bird feeder. I have just moved house and left the ones I had in my old garden. It arrived promptly and was left in my safe place. It has been up for 48 hours and had its first visitor today. Things are looking promising!

Nicholas is a wonderful farmer and naturalist and what he doesn't know about our birdlife isn't worth knowing. I won't be going anywhere else.

Real quality and real people!
The quality of bird food from Vine House Farm is so much better than other places I have tried. It is definitely worth paying a bit more, because the service is really fast - if I order before noon, then (provided it's not a weekend) then it always been here the next day. I always buy from them - they are so helpful if you need to phone and ask them anything.
