I ordered a faucet for our claw foot tub that did not fit. I called to see what to do to return it so I did. I have yet to receive my refund and that has been at least a year ago.

The tub arrived on time. The extra insulation that was requested was installed. It fits perfectly in the space and my wife loves taking baths in the tub. The ordering process was fantastic as well. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making such a beautiful tub.

Would never purchase from this company again. The 2 sets of faucets they sent were defective. The cold cartridge was in the hot handle and the hot cartridge was in the cold. They have poor customer service and we’re not helpful.

The shower kit seems to be of high quality and I expect to get many years of service from it. Instructions were sparse, but the work does require plumbing skills, and unless you're an accomplished handyman, customers should hire one. Service was good, I called hoping to buy a shut off valve for the shower riser but there isn't one available. I would shop here again

Purchased tub 8 years ago. Upgraded to shower over tub 2 years ago. Spent quite a bit of money with this company. Original tub was delivered damaged due to poor packaging. Claw feet were just sliding around in the tub. It was promptly replaced but I had to deal with disposing of the tub myself. Not easy. Since upgrading to shower over tub, the new diverted valve failed in just over a year. Warranty had expired of course. Purchased new valve. Zero installation instructions, not a part that you can easily remove and correct installation. I have twice requested the installation instructions but have not received a response. Instructions, to be honest, aren’t the most explicit when you do have them.

"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

I purchased a tub and the drain doesn't fit. I spent many hours on hold trying to return it and nothing. No call back no answering the phone. So incredibly disappointed

Ordered a clawfoot bathtub and the faucet etc. Plumber came out to install and the parts do not fit the hose is too long or faucet too small. Anyway had to call customer service waited 40 mins. I was promised a call back never happened. I had to pay the plumber call out charge and had to delay inspection for my project. Vintage tub is unable to explain why the parts do not fit and only resolution is to return it at my own expense. The customer service has been terrible and the whole experience has just wasted my time. Will not use Vintage tubs again and i do not recommend.

We ordered a tub through Vintage Tubs and received an email right away saying that our order (and payment) had been processed and that they were readying our order for shipping. A month later, we hadn't received any other information from them on shipping times, so reached out several times to find out when the tub would ship out. Received no response, so emailed once more saying we would have to cancel the order if we didn't get a confirmation on the shipping. They responded right back, saying the tub was backordered for another 2 months. Considering the difficulties in dealing with them to find out this information, we cancelled the order as we didn't have a good feeling about having them stand behind their warranty. We went through PayPal specifically because of other reviews about frustrations in dealing with their customer service, so hopefully we get our money back without issue.

They sent me a different product, smaller size. Will not respond to customer service emails, phone rings and rings... terrible company. Do not trust.

We ordered a tub and they didn't have it in stock. They got right back with me and offered another comparable tub. When it arrived, we checked it over as instructed. The next day we realized we'd missed a small crack along the top of the tub. Long story short...these folk have the best customer service I've ever received. They gave honest advice, answered emails promptly, and replaced our tub. We love our tub and I recommend them highly.

The sink we purchased was extremely expensive, yet extremely fragile.
It was never advertised as “fragile”. After only 3 months of use it is chipped. The paint it chipping off and there are actual pieces of the sink chipping off.
Our kitchen sink is used for doing dishes, nothing out of the normal.
Extremely disappointed in the quality and advertisement. Not sure why a kitchen sink would be made out of such fragile material.
This sink was the most expensive sink we ever purchased, and it looks like it has been beat up for 25 years at just under one year old.

I ordered many products from V T & B, and every product I received was as beautiful as it appeared online. When something wasn't quite right, it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. You can't ask for more than that, and it meant a great to me. My experience with customer service was top notch, and each member showed care and concern when I reached out to them. Initial tub came in damaged. They immediately initiated an order for a replacement. It arrived undamaged.

Wow. I had no idea you could receive an exceptional faucet like this! Although receiving ours took a while, it was hand-wrapped in cloth to protect it. (Who does that??)

Our interior decorator recommended Vintage Tub and I got the bathtub faucet of my dreams!

We bought the slipper tub package with attached faucet and we could not be any happier. Everything arrived in perfect order, packaged correctly and seeing that we live on the West coast in a good amount of time. All the components are excellent quality and the workmanship is very good. I wanted to wait to actually use the product before I wrote a review and I can say the tub is great. I would recommend getting the plastic overflow controller. The tub is fairly narrow and might not be good for an overweight person but I am 5'9" and it works well for me. In comparison with identical tubs at Home Depot, the Vintage tub was at least $400 cheaper. Instructions are easy to follow and we used liquid nails to secure the tub to our new tile floor. Bravissimo Vintage tub.

Tub is beautiful, well made and delivery went as stated, this is our second tub purchased from vintage both were hassle free and good experiences!
