I placed an order, and patiently waited for a delivery date. A couple of weeks later , I received an email stating that my order was with yodel. Another 2 weeks passed so I emailed violet and Vera stating that I’d still not received my order and that I wanted to cancel it , hy responded assuring ,me it would be with me soon. Surprise surprise I’m still waiting as of 10/03/26. This experience has really put me off ordering on line ( other than trusted sites like M&S ) . I wish I had looked at previous reviews before completing my order, lesson learnt

Very poor please don’t order nothing from this company!!! It’s all a scam you never get your order it’s always in transit ! I’m sick I trusted this all the clothing comes from china store isn’t closing it’s just a way to get you to fall for the supposedly great deals . I’ve lost my money never got the order . Hope people read the reviews before thinking it’s a great store .

How I wished I had checked these reviews before buying a women’s blouse which appeared to be cotton or linen!!
What eventually arrived was a man’s shirt made of cheap 100% polyester.
As previous reviews have stated, the cost of returning it to Asia outweighs the original cost. This is not a Canadian company. Don’t be fooled by the advertising!!

I was completely sucked in by this ad, I'm embarrassed to say!
I did eventually receive the 2 dresses and 4 blouses, but the dresses are very ill-fitting* and all items are of cheap polyester material; not what they claimed to be.
*how a dress designed to be loose can still be so ill-fitting and uncomfortable im not sure!
As others have said they claimed to be selling Canadian-made clothing but they actually came from China.
The tracking system was poor, but the company did respond to my request for help with tracking; and they even followed up after
The photos of the items do not match what they sent in terms of materials and overall quality. The colours were right though.

Ordered an outfit that was described as linen and bamboo. In reality it is polyester. When wanting to return it has to be returned to China. I mistakenly thought this was a Canadian shop. The cost to return was excessive. The company offered 16% discount. Very misleading.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Worst dress ever. Said it was cotton, was poor quality polyester. Did not even try it on as it felt rough and cheap. Worse than "fast fashion" as it it not even fashion. Looks like a printed garbage bag.

Seller advertises orders are from a store in Vancouver BC and for the product I wanted, advertised a dress as 100% cotton. The package arrived, (from China) the print on the dress is pixelated. It looks like they took a picture of the real dress and copied onto a printing machine (photo shop). The dress is also 100% polyester and hung like an old used granny dress. It's horrible fabric and and asking for my money back. I'll need more than just good luck to get my refund.

I requested that my order be cancelled 20 min. after ordering but got no response. Unfortunately I paid thru PayPal so I couldn't cancel my payment. I am now trying to return the shoes but no luck. They should not be able to advertise on social media sites.

I would give this company a -10 - quality is very poor and i requested a refund multiple times due to wrong size and ZERO response-

I haven't even received my order yet but I realized it was a scam from the hinky tracking information. First I realized it was coming from Asia (not Vancouver as advertised). Then I saw the return policy (return to Asia at your own cost and they will refund after deducting their own shipping costs and some kind of surcharge as well). Then I checked the reviews and realized I'd been thoroughly had. So bad. The website even has basic spelling mistakes that I would have noticed had I looked well. It was supposed to arrive days ago but from the looks of it it may take weeks longer and I'm dreading seeing what I actually get.

This company has a total of seven reviews, all of them are one star reviews, yet somehow they have a Trustpilot rating of 2.3- seems pretty misleading! Violetandvera is clearly a scam, and that should be made more clear. Do better!

The dress is nothing like what I ordered. The Material is aweful.

Do not use this company. False advertising . Imply the company is a store closing down in Vancouver with quality goods. Free returns ! Fabric cheap and shipped from China. Pay for return to China when store advertised in Vancouver. A big con and I fell for it.

Like others, the delivery time took 4-plus weeks, and when the product arrived it was poorly made of cheap polyester. Tracking the package was a hassle, and emailing the company was fruitless.

The merchandise took almost a month to receive. When I did receive it, it was absolutely the worst quality, nothing like the picture and as for their no hassle, refund policy, crap!! I have sent several emails and have not received one single response.

Mixed tracking information. Tracking number not found. Merchandise arrived 2 hours ago which I didn’t received. Merchandise never arrived. Email not returned. Company seems to be not legitimate!! Scam!

Confirmed order with invalid tracking number, did not respond to queries. Finally sent a look alike dress made of synthetic fabric, not the linen/cotton fabric advertised. No response to complaint. Not a legitimate company
