I bought this watch because of the slim design. It has all the features I wanted and is easy to use. I like having different watch faces just for fun. The band is very comfortable and much more adjustable than other bands. I bought the silver version because it looks classy.

This watch is everything it is advertised to be. Perfect for me due to my small wrist. Elegant description is on point, many option for the face of the watch as well as exercise tracking.
However, the charger did come apart and when I tried finding it on the website, I had no luck. Therefore, I ordered one online and it didn't work. I almost discarded the watch but instead I reached out to customer service, explained my issue. They sent me back to the website's accessories link, and there was the charger. Of course, I placed my order, and I am back in business. I truly love this watch.

Watch is terrible. Don’t buy! Customer service sucks. They say you have 14 days to return but they won’t return your message for return instructions.I wouldn’t even give a single star but I had to so the comment portion will show up. SCAM!!!

This is my second watch.
First one lasted 8 months. This one, the same. Constantly trying to reboot, no longer speaking to app, and customer service, useless.
Lovely watches. Let down by bad software and customer service
At £90 I expect more than 8 months
There won't be a third watch

This was a Birthday gift for my wife. She loves it. Could you email me a pdf instruction manual for the watch as the manual that comes with the watch has print that is far too small for old eyes.

I haven’t received my watch for 2 weeks now, I have sent emails to follow up and no response.

While I love the watch. Customer service not so much. While ordering on my phone I noticed after placing my order that I had accidentally checked a box to order a duplicate band. I wrote right away and it took a week to hear back. Basically told I couldn't return it. Once received I reached out again and was told the same thing.

The website says SPECIFICALLY that it's for swimming. Yet, there's no way to track swimming with it. Disappointed.

really love the size and the clock face—it looks great and is easy to read. The only reason I’m taking off one star is that it can be a bit tricky to put on. I’m planning to look into a different strap for better comfort. Also, there was one day when my step count didn’t register, which was disappointing since I’m trying to increase my steps each day as I prepare for my upcoming Camino walk.

it is a nice piece of jewelry. My favorite action is to be able to check my blood pressure.

Love it fantastic and easy to use. Unlike other sports watches

The watch itself is beautiful. I love the thin design, the watch band. However, the battery on my watch only lasts 5-7 hours and that's basically if I don't look at the time and don't use any of the features. I tried at least 3 times to get ahold of customer service and received an automated reply each time indicating that someone would respond. It's been at least 2 months and I have received no response or assistance. I asked about returning it, and no response. BE WARNED!

I had a smartwatch that I basically wore for time,alarm and find my phone features. This watch is gorgeous and I get so many compliments on the look of it. I love the rosegold and I have always been a silver girl. I track steps, exercise, sleep ... its amazingly useful.

Absolutely love the round watch face! It stands out, looks elegant and so far (after owning it for 9 months) I haven’t had a single issue with the colour on the watch face or any technical issues! Due to working in hospitality, I often get the metal band wet and am ordering a replacement only due to it have a VERY slight discolouration in some places - although it is barely noticeable! I decided to continue using the current one while working, and use the new one when out and about. I also have the silicone band which I wear to the gym, however I love the style and appearance of the metal too much to wear the silicone band at work. I receive compliments time and again about my Violeva! I was initially quite sceptical, however for such a great price I thought it was worth a shot - I have absolutely not been disappointed. Very user friendly and it holds good charge! Happy customer here!!

What made this experience great is I could hardly wait for my watch to arrive . It has and I love it . Great price too .I am still learning about it though.

I love my watch, i do wish it came with more than one protector. My neighbor saw my watch and bought one herself.
