Last week I won first place for 100 dollar real money win. I read all the rules and realized before the tournament was over my account had to first be zeroed out from a prior freespin gimic that was emailed to me. Ok so I do that and when the time for the tournament came to an end I opened up the webpage to find it was still live. I went to live chat but was cut off before making my point with them. I log back in and they are offering another bonus cause I made my first deposit via Bitcoin earlier that day so they're offering me a relay bonus of $8.80 some odd cents I declined it, then the page froze and logged me out. I log back in again to find they loaded that bonus again adding that 8.84 to my account and low and behold the tournament had ended and they put my 100 dollar winnings on there as well. So now I had an 884.00 rollover requirement. Not acceptable in form. I messaged them and of course a supervisor wouldn't be there until 3am. I make the 2am call and after another 2 hours of arguing with they they remove that bonus. I go to withdrawal and what's on there now. A bonus from last year making it a 250 dollar roll over. At this point I'm very much so mad. I call again and they just didn't understand I was not letting this go. My account was zeroed out prior to me winning so that bonus was no longer an effect in any way shape or form and it needed to be removed as well so they remove it I go to withdrawal to find out that it's at a 48 hour hold on it for them to authorize it the 48 hours gets a goes over I go to message them to ask him cuz I still hadn't received it I'm then told that they're pay team is only there from 10:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the 3rd instant payout ended at 3:00 okay so if everybody's at 48-hour hold on and then what is the instant payout option about that I was never told about and so long story short I'm still waiting I still haven't received anything from them so now I have to wait till Monday to receive the money that they've tried to screw me out of at least five times. Never and I repeat never send these guys your money unless you want to just give it away. I'm doubtful I'll ever get my money. I made one deposit of 15 dollars via Bitcoin so I would get paid via Bitcoincoin and not have to verify all the banking bs. they have plenty of other B's on top of verification. I hate this place.
