I ordered the set of the tubing mascara & primer plus shipping protection. I ONLY received the mascara and I have reached out so many times to this company and they haven't responded back and they haven't sent me the primer.
This company is so horrible and I am exhausted trying to get the rest of my order. STAY AWAY FROM VIRALALUNA

If I could give it less than one star, I would. I ordered Feb. 13, 2026. Received a tracking number; it took 6 weeks for the shipment to show in the tracking number provided. No product ever arrived. EVER. It has now been 2 months. No response by email - the customer service number on the website is not valid, and I cannot get through to anyone. SCAM - NO NOT ORDER!

I never received my items! Could not track items! Could not get a response from customer service! I got scammed!! Never again will I ever order anything on FB 🤬

Just received my order today. I ordered the Color Changing Foundation stick, and it's simple! We got duped. In my case, I received the product, yet didn't get the results advertised. I looked like a fake Geisha doll! Me and my Sweetheart laughed until we cried😂, but frfr ain't-nothin-funny! Don't do it👎! I'll come back and let y'all know about my refund experience🤞

I would rate them a 0 if I could. This company is a complete scam. I had to send a message to PayPal in order to even get a response. They took my money and they weren’t gonna ship the product then my product came from somebody in Illinois. It wasn’t even the same product. The third problem is that they have a 60 day moneyback guarantee and they tried to offer me $20 when I told them that their product doesn’t work. I literally opened my package the very first day that I got it and tried it. I immediately messaged them back and told them that their color changing foundation is not a color changing foundation. I’m getting my money back. I would suggest that you stay away from this company they are scam artists. I am working currently to try and get them taken down from selling their product with the attorney general’s office.

SCAM! Do NOT buy this. I ordered it over a month ago. Not only have I not received it, but when I tried to reach out via phone and email, I got nowhere because the email address is a fake one and so is the phone number. So, I have no way of getting my product or getting my money back. Total bs! Do not buy this!!

Do not order from this company. I ordered the viralaluna foundation and got some random other MEJISOO brand completely different from the one they are advertising. They do not respond to any emails either. Completely fraudulent company who should be shut down and stopped from ripping innocent people off and false advertising.

Idk i received my order, however it did take a very long time to get it. I was getting a little skeptical then it arrived. It did ship from another country and had to go through customs. I ordered my shipment on March 9th and just received it on Wednesday. I ordered a skin care set and 2 of the color changing makeup. I didn’t have high hopes for the makeup but honestly don’t have an anything bad to say about it other than the long wait…I have to say once it got through customs it came all the way across the US in 2 days

Complete rip off company. Never received the product and now can't challenge it on my credit card!!! They do not respond to emails and their telephone number doesn't work.

Would give 0 if I could. Dont even try and email.. they have 1 listed on shop. Doesnt work.. same # on site and shop.. 2nd email on the site tho.. but they don't work.. they never mail the product. the emails get returned to sender. they droped the UK from name. complete scam dont order

I order from this company and never received my product. Contacted them on numerous occasions by email. They never responded and I call the number they have listed. The number isn't a working number. This company is a SCAM. Chatted with shop app about the situation and they claim there is nothing they can do, although I order through the shop app. To make matters worse I reported to shop app that this company is a SCAM and they continue to allow this company to let people order through their site.

Zero stars. This business is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered 2 different orders from them over a month ago. Nothing has showed up, my shop app says unknown status. I tried to email them and I keep getting bounce backs that the emails don’t exist. This is 100% scam, thy stole hundreds of dollars from me and now have vanished.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered the foundation on March 4th. Heard nothing about shipping until March 12th. On March 20th, the tracking said it cleared customs. Now it is March 31st and not only have I not received my product, emails are bouncing back and the phone number is invalid!

I would give this site ZERO stars. It is a scam! I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free foundation stick and never received it in the mail. I followed the weird tracking app and it took TWO MONTHS to even say “delivered in mailbox” which in fact, was never delivered. I received a letter that was a postal sticker and I could barely read it. It was along the lines of “thank you for buying Viralaluna blah blah”, but I never got what I ordered. I reached out more than 5 times and never heard back. Never got my money back and never got my product. Do not buy from this site. I should’ve read these other reviews before purchasing from them.
