I Report: Honesty and My Experience at Freshly
I want to share my experience at Freshly so people know what to expect before starting to work there.
I have experienced some things that I think are important to make people aware of:
1. Unfair strikes/warnings
• I received strikes without any clear reason or evidence.
• Some of these strikes were given even though I followed the rules correctly.
2. Lack of follow-up on reports
• When I reported harassment or unprofessional behavior from others, no action was taken or noted.
3. Harassment and unpleasant behavior
• I experienced other employees harassing me, for example while I was hosting a supervision.
• This happened even though I tried to follow procedures correctly.
4. Unprofessional handling by management
• My experience shows that sometimes there is a lack of consistent and fair handling of situations.
• Management also covers for each other when someone does something wrong, which I also have proof of.
Freshly also doesn’t have very supportive management. If you have any diagnoses, I wouldn’t recommend starting to work there, because it can be very difficult. The management seems indifferent and doesn’t take things seriously in any way.

I just want to tell people how it really is, which is also why I decided to quit.
