What hasn't gone wrong with this bike! I haven't even had it for a year and it's been working for 3 weeks. It's the worst ebike that I ever bought. I wouldn't expect anyone to buy it. A real lemon!!!

Terrible product, support, and experience

Order the bike and it was shipped quickly to my home. That’s the only plus. Once I opened the box and compared the parts to the instructions book, I noticed a fender was missing, the color was a different color, and it was not as completed as much as it stated on the company website. Also, the instructions were not clear, as if the manual was for another edition of the trike that I received. I called customer service for a return and was falsely advised I would receive callback in 24 hrs. After 48 business hours I called and was told to send a picture to see if my request would be approved, although the website states there is a “Hassle-free” return policy. Requested a manager and advice I would have to send an email to get approval and if return approved, there’s a 25% restocking fee for all returns + any discounts received for my order. I resolved to fix the trike using YouTube videos and order a replacement fender. As I was assembling the bike, we found that screw on the main frame was shredded during production and couldn’t be removed so I emailed customer support with a video of the shredded screw and told that I could return the bike and receive a refund minus the restock fee and FB discount. I asked about the hassle free return policy and about the company’s responsibility for their missing parts and damaged product and was told either I keep the bike or return the trike within 30 days of purchase or there will be no refunds after that. So now I am faced with keeping the bike (which I believe I will find other issues), paying a minimum $150 assembly fee plus additional fees for damaged/ missing parts, or returning a trike (that was probably a prior damaged return) and gift Viribus with $80+ of my hard earned money. I would advice buying a pre assembled trike from a trusted shop or marketplace before purchasing from this company. Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Viribus did not send what I ordered

Viribus did not send what I ordered. Your customer service has done nothing but argue with me. Viribus knows what why and what they did. After this review viribus issued a full refund which Is a good fix to this problem. Trust pilot is good protection for customers

Don't purchase this bike

Don't purchase this bike. I promise you will regret it. I recently purchased six e-bikes for our vacation home. Of the six, we had four different manufacturers (we wanted a foldable bike, standard bike, tricycle, etc.). We purchased the tricycle from Viribus Bikes. I will tell you the assembly process was more frustrating than just about anything I have experienced. There are so many issues with the bike, I can't even begin to go through them. Unless you like agony and pain, don't purchase this bike.

Not Viribus if bought in UK

All the supposed Viribus bikes sold in the UK are fakes and dangerous. I've had extensive correspondence with Viribus in the States and they have no UK agents. Chinese companies are bringing in fakes from China. Viribus don't make bikes in China. Ask for a serial number, they won't be able to give you one!!!!!

Importance of bicycle tires

With all the info. that I have read, never once does it even mention anything about tires. These bikes will never sell to experienced cyclists because they know "where the rubber meets the road".

The trike is nice but it seems to pull…

The trike is nice but it seems to pull to the left a lot. Makes riding unstable and awkward. Not sure if the frame is bent or what. I had 3 other people try it out and they all said the ride feels sketchy and unstable. My husband tipped over on it just peddling and he rides an ebike everyday to and from work. Something is not right with this particular trike. I can't even enjoy it. In actually afraid to ride it.

Not for long legs

Very nice trike but unable to adjust seat to proper height that allows me utilize pedals. I could only peddle if seat way too high to safely mount. Sold.

The bike was bought from a 3rd party…

The bike was bought from a 3rd party reseller. Apparently new but returned by original buyer. Understood why after assembling. No way to adust brakes to operate safely. Finally brought to local bike shop who proceeded to explain substandard parts made repairs to operate not feasible. Paid to have brake system replaced with one that would operate. Numerous calls to Viribus customer service were frustrating and of no help. Would recommend to stay away from this brand.

Freedom

At the time I bought my e-bike (step-thru Breeze) it was almost 30 years the last time I rode a bike, at 65 years old the knees don’t work as good as a 30 yo so having the pedal assist got me out of the house an into the fresh air of Maine. My wife saw how much fun I was having so we got her a Viribus tricycle e-bike.

Very nice tricycle with a few minor issues

Overall I like the design and construction of the trike but there are some things that could use development. I've been riding more than 75 years and have always done 95% of the maintenance on my bikes but I found the assembly of the adult tricycle a challenge. The first problem was the included instructions: they lacked detail and important information causing me to have to go online to find necessary information; and there were critical components such as the rear disc brake that were not installed properly making it necessary to completely reassemble the rear drive train components. The assembly instructions also had virtually no information about aligning and adjusting the disc brakes. When assembled the trike looked good and rode well. I'm 5'-9" and 200 lbs, all withing the specs of the trike, and felt the wheel base a bit short especially when making turns. The only component I didn't care for on the trike are the rather flimsy rear fenders: they vibrate a lot and are impossible to keep aligned. I no longer ride in bad weather so I'll probably remove them.Considering the price I think the Viribus is very good adult tricycle and I would recommend it.

I’m not impressed with this bike

I’m not impressed with this bike. The cords are zip tied to the frame and looks cheap. The packaging was sun bleached and the foam inside was brittle. I’m sure it was the oldest model that had just been sitting outside. I’d like to be contacted for a refund.
