This company misrepresents its self … it is a company in mainland China! I ordered 2 winter hats on 11/8/25 and was checking status, but not getting a response and went through Shopify only to race things back to see that the order was sitting in China. They claim to be a company located in the UK but
they are not. I have not heard back from them on when they plan on shipping or on a refund. Steer clear!! This information should be
upfront when ordered!!

I called the number listed and yes it was mainland China could not understand them asked to speak to someone in US or UK and they said no only in China so after agonizing through spelling my name and order number she couldn’t find it I extinguished had sent emails of the order receipt and shipping acknowledgement also screenshot of Shopify shipping notification but she couldn’t find all she could say is it showed in “regional USPS” location. Thank you and bye. BUYER BEWARE
Update:
This order was placed on 11/8/2025 and I ordered the satin lined hooded hats and I finally received THESE in the mail today. They are not lined and are cheaply sewn together so light weight that they won't keep anything warm!! This is going on Facebook and Instagram and TrustPilot that your company is a ripoff!!
