This site is total scam they give the exact same reply to every reviews claiming it's blackmail. Avoid this.

Do not trust this service they charge hidden fees and then completely silent on your application this is a predatory business that exploist travelers avoid them at all Costs or you will lose your money.

I chose VisaHero because they promised a quick turnaround, but it has been weeks with zero progress. Their support team provides nothing but generic, copy-pasted responses. Because of their incompetence, I am at risk of losing my flight and hotel bookings. Do not trust them if your travel dates are urgent.

The price advertised on their website is a total lie. Once you start the process, they demand extra 'hidden' fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I asked for a refund due to this lack of honesty, they completely ignored my emails. They lure you in with low prices and then trap you. Absolute waste of money.

The whole process was smooth and easy. It was difficult for me to send my passport since I am traveling out of the country this Saturday, however, I was told by one of the Visa Hero reps that I would get it on Monday and guess what? My passport with the Chinese was here today Monday 4/27/26 early in the morning!!! Great service!!

VisaHero made the job of getting my Chinese visa simple and pain-free.
At first I thought I'd just apply for the visa myself. But then I didn't have time to fiddle with getting the required photo with precisely the right measurements, I couldn't find my old passport with my previous Chinese visa, and I didn't have the flexibility to make an impromptu trip to the nearest consulate (2 states away) to submit my passport in person.

Now, just 2 weeks later, I have my new Chinese visa in hand.
