Worst trash company I have ever worked with robbed me of 3,000 and never did any work ! Total scammers ! I wish them no good luck ! They need to be in jail !

Asked these people to build a website and they took my money and that was the last of it !
Keep away because they will scam you, everything including their websites , names and addresses are fake . They are not in the UK because we went to their office which was a mailbox address !!
Maybe they are running their fraud out of a scam call centre in India. They have strange accents. They do use an english person to hook you as the sales agent who promises you everything to let you believe they are based in the UK

Visionary Web Designs are scammers using many different company names with no address, re routed telephone numbers and fake names like Liam Zander
How do I know, becauae I was scammed by them . Do not use or give them any money to do any website design , digital marketing etc.

FRAUD STAY AWAY! FAKE TRUST PILOT REVIEWS!- My experience with this company has been exceptionally poor, the Customer Service, Communication, Poject Management and Web Development Competencies and attention to detail are not to a professional standard are very very poor so you will be highly disappointed!
I upgraded from the £1000 package to the £2.5K Delux package including hosting, security content and optimisation (SEO onsite & SERP with advertising, backing building for 6 months campaign) which cost over £5.2K, 9 months on and my site is incomplete (STRUCTURE CODING CONTENT etc.), the professional content does not exist as I had to write it over the 9 months, it is still riddled with errors, photos and videos not in the correct product sections etc. Trust Pilot and Payment gateways not integrated!
Visionary Web design refused to do the T&C's, Trading Terms and Privacy Statement/Policy which I had to provide even though these were in our SOP/Contract as they wanted extra fees included additional sums for adding a cookie policy BUTTON arguing it was new ePR & GDPR EU law although infact it was enacted over a year before our contract was initiated.
They are constantly pushing for advertising revenue using super hard sales tactics so "Buyer Be Aware!". If you pay with a credit card you can use a section 75 claim to put this company to rights and claim your money back from the credit card company.
I have checked the details on Companies House register and it was initially Slough UK based and is not on their register any longer. Also the St Martins Lane Holborn London address seems to be a shell company only. There are no directors listed on the site, no customer service line and it is impossible to speak to a senior director to resolve any issues.
The Customers Reviews have to be questionable as this is one if the worst offenders out there.

This company robbed us of 1,000 dollars . No website just empty promises. Their office does not exist in London and the telephone number is re directed to look like they have an office in London . They are maybe in India or another country . They all have foreign accents but there is one guy who is the sales guy who gets you to pay upfront . FRAUD

Beware they take 100 % of the money upfront and make lots of promises and never deliver any website project but instead try and upsell you and milk you for more money.
They also use a different name Visionary Web Studios. Its the same Scammers and crooks . We made the mistake and lost our money , dont do the same

This company is a FRAUD, CAVEAT EMPTOR they took over £5.2K using hard sell sales tactics and 9 months on they have not delivered the goods or services. They retracted on lots of the elements of my contracts wanting EXTRA FEES all the time, they are incompetent and cannot deliver on their promises. You can use a section 75 claim if you paid by credit card to get your money back!!

Unfortunately, we need to give 1 star to visionarywebdesigns UK. They have strongly started our project (Taxi Website) and their sales team was very proactive and available while explaining their packages. However, since we started the project a few months were gone, and we do not see further progression on our website project. We feel that visionarywebdesigns is always pushing for extra meetings and trying to sell us additional features and services even if we have clearly explained many times that we want a simple and high level reduced website. This is very unfortunate as it reduces the probability of working again with visionarywebdesigns and increases the chance that we will not recommend their services to anyone. We might change this rating if they decide to progress and finally deliver our website project.

I got an animated video made for me. The video had a comedy skit performed by my friend. Their team was very co-operative. They arranged interviews in between the process. This was done because they wanted my feedback during the whole process.

Sam O’Keefe was amazing his follow up and follow thru and explaining every detail was on point. I apricated working with him during this experiance

The best part of working with the designers at this firm is that they made sure that every change I wanted, they made it happen without any delay. Visionary Web Design were extremely helpful to me and my company. Their quick response time allowed me and my company to have a very successful website and brand. We were always there for our customers, our customer always had an optimized website that they could access. What was even better was the fact that often our clients asked us how we got the idea for such an amazing layout for the website.

Yes they selling me Combo Package and then they continuously try to add more services with scary tactics like if don`t do that may be your website have problem in the future, and again "to be Google friend you have to add key wordings" and more and more and more, At the end of the story I buy Combo Package for £444.90 and they finish to rip me off about £1090 and THEN, they block my website with some kind of certificate SLL or something and ask me £999 to be visible again!!!!!SCAM stay away I transfer my website to WordPress Hosting and I pay £1 pound at month!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATLEY Trust pilot doesn't allow me to compare the websites but guys trust me is absolutely important you don't waste your money. Have look to the picture on my profile to see what they actually do it to my website!!!!!

Designing a website for my business was one of the most important things to me. I needed a site that was not only functional but also attractive and spoke volumes about the business that I was running. The team at visionary web designs allowed me to speak directly with them and discuss what it is that I wanted. The website they created for me was just what I wanted and I could not be happier. I can be quite straightforward when I say that they are the market leaders. Finding online services at such a price with such amazing quality is no less than impossible to achieve.

Do not trust this company. They offer a 100% money back guarantee, but refuse to honor it. I had to stop payment on my credit card. Although, they are required by law, to provide the codes to the owner of the website, in violation of the law, this company refused to do so. I have on tape that they even asked me to lie and state, in writing, I was happy with their website in order for them to release the code to me, which I did not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A very big mistake if you do.
