Have to enter the same information…
Have to enter the same information multiple times. Very repetitive. Also will not allow two travelers to purchase policies together of one is 65 so have to buy the two policies separately. Very frustrating experience

For some policies, when purchasing coverage for two travelers where one is over 65 and the other is under 65, the coverage limits vary based on age group. This is why the policies need to be purchased separately. The only workaround is to select a plan that does not carry those age restrictions.

Policy not valid when I tried to use it
I got coverage for me and my family for a week trip to the USA, 4 days into our trip my daughter got a sever soar throat and we went to the hospital to have it checked. When they checked the policy they said it was not valid and they could not use it. I have purchased them for years and had a false confidence from the professional emails and PDF that they were real, but looks to be a scam.
