I bought the software via appsumo (lifetime deal) then got my plan completely removed because I wasn't using it, the same as loads of other folk have had done to them. I sent loads and loads of emails to them and they would not even reply to me after the first email. Awful way to treat paying customers who invest in your company right at the start, and it also had an awful knock-on effect on my wee company. AVOID!

I had a scheduled meeting with their onboard team and waited on zoom for 20 mins... they opted to no show. If they can't do a simple meeting makes me concerned about the company integrity and their product, showing up for a meeting is a simple rule of thumb.
A all in one online marketing tool
What I like most about Vista Social is their reporting and analytics features. The platform provides clear customizable reports that make it easy to measure engagement, followers growth. The calendar view is another highlight, I can see all my content from all my platforms in one overview. I also like the competitors analysis feature in reporting, you can easily compare your performance against your competitors. This is helpful for benchmarking content strategies. The platform also integrates well with major social networks, supports AI-generated post suggestions and offers an easy to navigate interface.
What I like a bit less about Vista Social that connecting certain social accounts give an error. But I couldn't trace why the social account does not want to connect to Vista Social.
Overall, I like Vista Social. It is reliable and easy to use for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. It is an excellent all-in-one solution for online marketing teams/agencies.
A must have for Social Media Managers
Vista Social is a must have tool for new and old Social Media Managers. What I like about this tool is that aside from the usual social media platforms, they also support Threads. From my 2-3 browser tabs before, I got only one now - less memory usage. Another thing that I liked about this tool is their listening feature, cheaper yet powerful.
Just use Buffer or Later. Not worth supporting this business.
Service is ok. Bought during their AS launch and a few things have been buggy since and never fixed. They removed Twitter access. Then they cancelled our account (with unlimited users and 40 accounts) for abuse. For reference, we have 3 users, and 4 total accounts (for one business). Customer service doesn't answer. We emailed several times waiting over a week between each bump. Don't bother and just go with something established. It's not like they are any cheaper than the big boys that actually have a working product.

Concern About Unfair Account Suspension
Vista Social banned my account in response to the negative review I posted on AppSumo, even though I had purchased it as a lifetime license.
This is a very unreasonable and hard-to-believe action.

I was looking for a tool which can automate my conversations. When I get a comment/dm on LinkedIn or Instagram, sometimes I cannot get back to them instantly, but I do want them to feel acknowledged. Vista Social does it for me, keeps them engaged and even sends automated replies to them. It helped increase my followers and sent weekly updates. Also, the sentiment analysis tool helps me understand if people are taking my content positively or negatively, which helps me pivot my branding strategy accordingly. I can even create listening audiences so I can segregate my content and create personalised posts which they find helpful. Highly recommended!

Vista Social has been a great tool for managing multiple client accounts at the same time. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to switch between accounts, schedule posts, and reply to DMs. What really stands out is the social listening feature, which saves me hours of manual work. The cost-benefit is excellent since even the basic plan includes powerful features. Overall, it makes social media management smoother, more organized, and much more effective.
User Friendly with Lots of Bells and Whistles
I just wanted to highlight how user-friendly Vista Social is. As a VA for 10 years now, I've used many different social scheduling platforms but this one has been particularly helpful. I didn't need to watch any videos to get started, it's so easy to navigate. For the additional features that don't come on most other platforms, I would advise you to check out their helpful articles so that you can get the most value out of these.
A few things that I particularly liked:
Ability to see all your DMs from different social media profiles in one place.
Being able to create a custom bio page where you can integrate a platform like Calendly so people can book meetings with you - I've added this to my email footer.
URL tracking which integrates with Google Analytics to monitor your social media traffic to a particular page.
The automation feature is a game changer as it lets you collect leads and send out free reports to grow your audience on autopilot.
Overall, Vista Social has everything in one place making social media management that much easier, including a To Do list, so you can keep on track of your tasks.
Total game changer
I have just started using Vista Social and I am already IN LOVE WITH IT!. I just love how tutorials are crafted in a way that you can preview examples (that's something I hadn't seen before), it makes it so much easier to understand how everything works, + the listening option is something I did not always have with previous social media manager platforms. I feel like that helps you keep on with trends and also manage damage control. I don't think I can recommend it enough. You just need to experience it yourself.

As the marketing manager for a growing company, I got increasingly frustrated by how much time and effort social media management took.
