This company uses promotional offers to attract customers; however, the terms of these promotions may not be fulfilled as expected.
I noticed an offer stating that if you purchase one bottle of vitamins, you would receive a second one free. Based on this, I decided to buy their product.
I was sent a promotional code via email, which I entered during the purchase process. Despite this, I received only one product instead of the two that were promised.
When I contacted customer service via email, I was told that my order had not been placed using the promotional code and was advised to make the purchase again.
In my opinion, this situation is misleading and may cause confusion for customers.

I placed an order for collagen on 28 March and I am still waiting for my item. I have contacted customer service, but unfortunately I have not received any clear update or resolution.
This delay is very disappointing, especially as there seems to be a lack of communication regarding my order. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely delivery.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.

We're sorry that the delivery of your order was delayed. As explained via email on the 3rd on April, Royal Mail were unable to deliver to you due to the lack of a house number given in your address. As promised, once the parcel came back to us, it was remade to be sent to your correct address.
