I have been a customer of vital choice for many years. My first order from the new company was delivered warm. NO dry ice left. Salmon was thawed. Not a good start

Products arrived frozen and packed well. The cod was firm and delicious! We have yet to prepare the salmon, but it looks wonderful.

I have had Vital Choice Alaskan salmon, the Chilean sea bass, and the haddock. Everything has been outstanding - clean, very pure protein. I highly recommend this company. Everything arrives promptly and in very high quality packaging. Depending on where you live, it is very good to get the special dry ice packed box.

Being a long-time Seattle native, now residing on the opposite coast, I came to appreciate in my youth the sweet, delicate, tender meat of the Dungeness crab in comparison with lobster, soft-shell crab and stone crab, among other popular alternatives.

Found out about Vital Choice from Naomi Whittle and her documentary on healthy fats. Love their salmon. My order always comes quickly. Didn’t care for the halibut because it seemed like there was water in it and it was tasteless. Kind of surprised. So we always order the salmon and the family loves it. A nice addition to our already healthy diet. We do it about every other week do to the price but it’s worth it.

This company is going down the crapper now that 1800 Flowers has bought them out. Already there are changes and I have to pay more for the product and services--Its just a matter of time before the fish starts to be effected

I wanted to support a company that supports conscience fishing. The fishermen and women make sure I am getting the freshest I can get living in Colorado. The products offer are more than I can get anywhere local. My order arrived frozen and beautifully packaged with recycled materials.

This is a product that I was thrilled to find. I love crab in any way, shape or form and having it canned, I can use it when fresh crab is not available.

The best salmon you can buy without catching it yourself. It’s a little pricey but you know you’re doing something good for your health.

Each item was perfect. I could eat the Sockeye Salmon straight from the can. It is that tasty. I loved the seafood Cioppino. I needed two of it. I was very pleased with my order.

Terrible! I enjoy your seafood, but your customer service is terrible. I ordered some caviar and was told it would be delivered overnight on March 4th. I called on the 2nd when I still had no tracking info. I was again told it was coming on the 4th. On the 3rd, I called again and was told it was not in stock and was backordered until March 24th! What a runaround. I bought a passport and was told it was effective on the 1st when I bought it, but my order won;t even be available until the 24th. No telling when I will receive it. You had better get your act together!

changed company! took away my HARD EARNED REWARDS $$$ I spend hundreds of dollars a month on your fish and this is what I get! Lose my rewards! crappy! now you are some cooporate flowers scene. I really am goint to investigate a different seafood option!
