We would like to clarify that, as part of our subscription service, all customers receive an automated notification prior to the next order being processed. Additionally, customers have full access to manage their subscription at any time—this includes the option to skip, pause, or cancel future orders directly from their account.

We understand your frustration and regret that your request to cancel came after the order had already been processed. As previously advised, a refund will be issued once the parcel is either refused at the door or returned to us. According to our records, the courier has attempted delivery twice, but no response was received. The parcel is still available for redelivery or collection.

We remain committed to resolving this and will process your refund promptly once the order is returned to our warehouse.

Dear Richard, We're very sorry to hear that the sanitary seal was broken upon opening the product. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please rest assured this is an extremely rare occurrence, and we take such matters very seriously. We will arrange to send you a replacement product immediately.

You're absolutely right—any change to your billing terms should have been clearly communicated in advance. We deeply regret this oversight and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
To make things right, we have refunded you the increased amount of £8.80 and adjusted your subscription pricing back to the previous rate. This means that all future orders under your subscription will be charged at the previous price.
Additionally, you are still welcome to return the unopened product if you wish. Please let us know your decision, and we will ensure it is honoured promptly.

This review does not relate to our business – we are Vital Everyday, and our website is https://vitaleveryday.co.uk. We do not sell any products under the name Vital Pure, nor do we charge insurance fees for missing orders. We only sell Vital Pea Protein Powder.
It’s possible that your order was placed with a different company that has a similar name. We recommend reaching out to them directly to resolve the issue.
