I ordered a tens machine
I ordered a tens machine. It came without the pads as described in the advert. Every time I ring, it is the same message all the time. They will get back to you in ten minutes. That doesn't happen. I have also messaged them. They will get back to you in a few hours. Again nothing. I have chronic back pain and was really looking forward to some pain relief instead of all this stress.
RED FLAG BUSINESS
Looks like I'm more lucky compares to most people. I got the product (TENS pro version) despite it came later than I expected when paying extra for priority delivery. I used the machine once and it's alright with basic function for the 1st test . However, the manual is not clear so I tried to scan the QR code. Then I found it its bad reputation when the code for video of instruction are not available at all. The instruction video is not posted anywhere on its website either (as printed on the front page of the manual).
Then I noticed there are a lot of misleading information about the product, as well as the information in the manual does not match with the machine's model. My bad for not checking the website carefully, there are so many suspicions of the information on the website that I missed them in the first time browsing (then placed an order without checking it first). Honestly, I dont think it's worth 60 quid (I paid extra for fast delivery tho). People who have been scammed by them, please report the business to the government.

Fraudulent company, with false advertising and false endorsements everywhere, seems a professional and reputable website and also ranked no.1 on comparison sites but buyer beware, never received the product and only got a response when threatened to report and escalate it, money still in pending so lets see if i get the refund if not will have to pursue further.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor from them on the 19th of September and heard nothing, they did not answer the phone or return my email. Fortunately, I paid for my blood pressure monitor through PayPal. When I realised this is a scam company I immediately contacted PayPal and raised a complaint. My money was refunded the same day. I have referred this company (registered name Blue Ocean ECOM Limited) to Trading standards via the CAB, and also to Action Fraud

The phone number that they provide says to call them back in 10 minutes and you call them back and the same message appears over and over again and I've attempted for 4 days straight. They took my money from my credit card and then had the audacity to say they can't find my order to refund my money.

Do not trust it
Do not trust it! I used AI to find the best blood pressure monitor, and it recommended this brand. The website was very convincing, and everything seemed legitimate, especially since I could pay with PayPal. However, it's been a week since I ordered it, and I haven't received the item or any tracking information. Unfortunately, it seems like a scam to me, so I've opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund.
VITALTRACK POSSIBLE SCAMMERS
I don’t know if this website is a scam or not, I suspect it is but if it isn’t their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Despite numerous emails and messages I have sent I’ve received zero replies and nor have I received any confirmation that the item I ordered is being shipped despite their assurance that it would be delivered in 2 days. I’m now taking steps to retrieve the money paid by credit card and have reported the website. My advice is do not touch them with a barge-pole. You can report them as scammers in the UK by googling ‘report scam website’ which takes you to a government site for that purpose.

Tens machine did not work. Tried phone calls, emails, chat bot and messages to organise return and refund.
This has been going on for more than a month and unable to make contact!
Raised issue with my bank for a chargeback, and received an email from my bank, to say that they would honour my refund request.
I am still unable to make contact with the company, and so this is back in the hands of my bank.
Unbelievably when I checked results on best tens machines this organisation is still number ONE.

My older unit (Omron) readings were always higher than what the nurses at my medical provider were reading. This unit (Vitaltrack) is spot on with what the nurses reading are.
I am delighted with this purchase.
The model that I have is the U80EH This unit is not meant to recharge the internal batteries when connected to a USB connection. But I was not expecting it too.

It was very poor completely inaccurate at least for the calorie burn which was the reason for purchase. would not pair with my phone. tried to send back but the rep. just tried to give me a discount and kept on trying to sell me and not give me return instructions after asking him more than three times had to hang up experience worst ever in my life!! Purchased a tens machine in August. Wires have already come out of pads. Was happy to pay for replacement wires and pads but I’ve emailed them and left messages on their contact page where it says we will answer here or email you … NOTHING !!!! Do not order this machine you’ll have no working machine within a month !!! Shame on this company for abusing the already in pain !!!

I ordered a Vitaltrack TENS machine. When it arrived parts were missing. The font used in the instruction manual was so small that a magnifying glass was required to read it. Customer service does NOT exist. Numerous attempts to phone them failed - all I got was a recorded message that said they were busy, please phone back in ten minutes. Emails, their complaint form and message bot were also ignored. The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Do NOT buy anything from this company. Even the website video doesn't work.

The Vital Track TENS machine was rated the best on the market so I ordered one to treat my sciatica. It arrived the next day, but when I looked at the so-called 'Instruction Manual' I couldn't believe what I was reading...or more accurately just couldn't read because the type was so small and the diagrams so faint as to make it virtually unusable. Like other reviewers, I found it impossible to contact the UK company since every time you ring a recorded message tells you to ring back in 10 minutes 'and your call will be answered.' No, it won't. I then sent an online message requesting a callback which has never happened. It is supposed to have 3 AA batteries included but there were none in the box. Does this company actually exist? If it does, it should be reported to the Trading Standards Authority for a complete lack of respect for its customers. The website says there is a video to explain how to use it, but this seems to be a scam too because it's not on their website.
I have never had such appalling lack of contact and service from any company. It appears to be made in China but the manufacturer seems untraceable. I eventually managed to get it to work and await the results but I'm not confident after this experience. Avoid at all costs.
