I have always had a good experience until my recent order. The order had a mistake in it and my item was exchanged very easily. Good quality products and Canadian products which are very important to me. I purchase AOR Vitamin B and Omega-3, Aquaomega Brand. Prices are good.

Recommended by my Naturopath as high quality supplements, unlike some you buy in the drug store. Customer Service is amazing. I have forgotten something from time to time and they have added it to my order. They always respond to my questions. Free delivery over a certain amount…has never been an issue for me. Can’t go wrong!

I ordered large size of the collagen and iron pills. The order came fast. I like both products. I reordered the collagen but in larger size. When it came it was the small size. I wrote back to let them know that I got the wrong product size and they immediately resent the right ones. Just got them. I'm pretty satisfied with the service and pricing
