Awful company!!!
If I could put no stars I would!I ordered a coat that was very delayed and wasn't delivered in the time frame. The company apologised for this and admitted their wrong doing. I had to purchase a coat from another company and therefore required to send the vivano one back. I have had to pay nearly £30 to send back and have been told I won't get the return fee back!!this company are awful and are very unreliable
Update: they have refused to answer questions that trading standards have gave me and have stopped responding to emails!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wrong size boots.
I ordered boots size 9 and got size 7. When I requested an exchange I was offered a 50% discount on my next order instead. Eventually they told me it was my fault because they sent the size I ordered. This was not true and I was able to evidence this. I still do not know how this little saga will end. PS I saw this in another review: 'To be fair the customer services person named Sophie was always polite during the vast email exchange that took place from start to finish' I think Sophie is an AI assistant. She dealt with my complaint too. lol!

Not impressed!
I received the boots on Saturday. It's huge. I was sent a size 40 (UK 7). I am actually a size 37 (UK 4). The issue is I want to exchange it for a 37. So far, I am not impressed as I have messaged them 4 times and I haven't received a response from this company. I even tried contacting through the number they provided. They advertised the boots as leather, but these are not leather boots. I do like the color of the boots and just to save my purchase thought maybe I could exchange it. I agree with the other reviews. This company has shown its not to be trusted.

Be warned!
Dreadful company please avoid like the plague! The goods come from china and are extremely inferior to the ones advertised. Delivery took ages and then the item was so disappointing when it finally arrived.
To top it all I was sent the wrong size but was glad that I had grounds for a full refund. Even with photographic proof, they tried to claim that I had been sent the size I’d ordered (untrue), and offered me only a 15% refund! Naturally, I didn’t accept this and threatened legal at which point I received my full refund - incidentally they told me to keep the footwear as I’d insisted on pre-paid return slip. To be fair the customer services person named Sophie was always polite during the vast email exchange that took place from start to finish, but this company is not what it seems - wish I’d have checked the reviews on here BEFORE I ordered from them - lessons learned…. Please do beware!

Delivery times several days late.
I ordered a hat for a Christmas present on 9/12/25. The estimated delivery time was up to ten days so should have arrived on the 19/12/25. It arrived on the 27/12/25 so I could not give it to my partner on Christmas Day.
I read other reviews where the delivery time was late but they had five more days to deliver it by Christmas Day after their delivery date.
I complained to Vivano and all they could do was apologise. That is not good enough- I want an explanation.

The scarf I ordered is beautiful
The scarf I ordered is beautiful. Soft, warm and with a delicate side pattern. My problem is with the length of time delivery took. The website is not clear on how long it takes packages to arrive. I had to go out and buy another present as scarf did not arrive on time for a birthday. It just made it for Xmas.

Avoid them, scam!!
Nothing to do with London. Website and photos of their products are professional, but the quality is TEMU for an exagerate price. To return offered me 2 options: keep it and 15% will be refunded or return it to China on own expenses for a full refund. 😅If you want to save a few quid, avoid them.
