Ordered linen cropped double pants. Absolutely love them. Nothing but compliments whenever I wear them. Have had them for 6 years now and they still look fantastic. Happy with their clothes and customer service.

I completed an exchange order paper work, they accepted the paperwork & it was received by the Dublin, Ca. location on 8.19.25, it is now 9.5.25- I have heard nothing. I have 'contacted' Vivid three times through the 'contact us' location. Crickets. I have not received one response to my contacts, although it states they will respond in 48 hours

This is a customer service review. I have the olive green slit neck tunic. Love it and style with a Johnny Was scarf. Thought I had lost/misplaced and ordered a replacement which is still sealed in the bag. Original showed up in closet. Sent receipt and pic of still sealed bag to request exchange. No response. My two tops arrived in good time, nicely packed, but the quality of the linen was extremely poor. The linen is so thin you can see straight through it and I doubt it will last more than a couple of washes. The designs looked slightly different to the pictures as well. They are not cheap, never again.

Never received response to multiple e mail inquiryies about delivery,, no phone to contact.

I've been purchasing from them for YEARS. Always received prompt service, prompt responses to requests and refunds when I've requested them. They are a Hong Kong company but have a CA distribution hub. The products are QUALITY and nicely made. Again, love these guys!

Bought an item in November 21st 2022
And have not received the item which is disgusting so if someone can please get in touch before I go somewhere else with this ie my bank!!

The clothes are beautiful but the service, when in need of exchange or refund is terrible. They simply NEVER get back to you. We have been trying for 3 weeks.
If not for the customer service we'd give them 10 stars but woe betide you if your order doesn't fit or you simply want to exchange or return.

I am very pleased with all my garments, wish they would make for 5’ 2” please take this into account

I've twice ordered from VividLinen, and been very pleased with the quality. I had to return one dress, because it was too large, and there was no problem at all. I honestly don't remember if I had to pay for postage, but if I did, it couldn't have been exorbitant. I want to order the same dress again, but I'm a little nervous reading these reviews. Before, the linen was GORGEOUS quality, not thin at all.

I have bought many pieces from this company over the past 5 years, all of which are of outstanding quality, unusual and come in a wide range of colours. No, they are not cheap, but given that they are flattering, great quality and classic, I suspect they will be keynotes in my wardrobe for quite a few years yet, so overall value is excellent. Cannot wait for production to resume.

I have been looking for some time for a company that sells 100% pure linen clothing that is both of good quality and of a style that is suitable for business occasions. Found it! The style of the clothes is casually elegant, the fabric is neither coarse nor so thin as to be see-through, and the finish and workmanship is excellent. An added bonus is that the pieces come in a wide range of sizes and colors. Not cheap, but the prices are appropriate for the quality you get - comparable pieces I can purchase locally here in Western Canada cost at least 50% more. Will definitely buy from them again .

I had high hopes purchasing from this company although I took some time to order as the prices were high. However, I thought that given the price - and the images on the website - the price would be justified. How disappointed could I be! When the tunic top (£112) FINALLY arrived, I couldn't begin to describe how poor quality it was. I was so annoyed with myself that I had been - what I can only describe as conned - and looking at the cost to return to Hong Kong - I put it down to a very bad judgement on my part to have ever ordered from this company. I therefore put it down to experience and sent the expensive mistake to charity.

Beautiful quality clothes which are just a bit different to the norm. They arrive beautifully packaged & within a good time scale.
I had to return a pair of trousers-there was no issue with this at all although it is quite expensive. I think I have sussed out my size now though & will definitely order again!

My first purchase from Vivid Linen was of great quality beautifully package arrived within the stated time. Sadly my second purchase was not of the same quality as my firs, the material was soo thin was expecting better for £112 want to return but when I read the return notes and it said do not return with sign for mail alarm bells went off I always return thing with a sign for so I know it gets to its destination. With out this they can say they have received it so it looks like I'm stuck with a £112 dress of inferior material not fit to wear anywhere.
