Great, well built product that charges fast and has great clarity.

You can learn a lot when things don’t go as expected. In my case my Synvtunr would not reliably charge. After a email troubleshooting session a new unit was sent. There more naturally with these hearing aids than others I here well in general sound circumstances.

I bought the lower priced hearing aids and didn't like them very much, so I upgraded to the XPure model and I love them.
They have a built in hearing test that when it's done, it will upload the results to your hearing aids so you have a custom sound that's perfect for YOU!!

Easy to use. Comfortable. I heard for the first time how loud I have been talking. Grateful to be able to hear voices and noises I haven't heard in a long time

I had issues with both Super Mini's. I worked on line with Cindy. She kept trying different setups, none worked. She had me return the aides and sent me another set. I must say that Cindy is a credit to your organization and because of her help I will be recommending your firm to others.

Works perfectly and I didn’t have to spend $thousands! I can hear the TV perfectly and I don’t need subtitles. Conversations are clear and easy to understand. Incredible easy to use. I’m 90 and I figured out how to use them with no assistance. Absolutely recommend these hearing aids.

Purchased the Pro20 hearing aids as a back up for my husband. Receive 3/16/26. When they were fully charged on 3/17/26, he tried to put them on. Did not matter what volume or mode, all they did was squelch constantly. He has had hearing aids for over 15 years. These are the worst product ever.

I have been trying to return them per their 45-day money back guarantee since 3/17/26 11:30am after trying them. First, she tried to upgrade me to bluetooth. His pirmary aid are bluetooth and of much better quality. Then I told I have to take a picture. the have the order they know what I order (two hearing aids, a charger and extra tubes/earbuds.

I have go to my CC company to dispute the charge.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE PRO20. IN FACT i RECOMMEND YOU LOOK AT A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURE.

Haven’t had a chance to them through their paces just yet; however, the look and weight in my hand says we finally have a winner. This pair will be my 5th try. Wish me luck.

I am so happy with my new "ears"! I can hear the birds again and am much less stressed by meeting new people because I can HEAR them!

I am not new to inner ear hearing aids and often struggled with fit, noise squealing and a itching in the ear canal while wearing previous aids.
All of this vanished with the purchase and use of my vivtone hearing aids. Coupled with really advanced hearing. I'm immensely satisfied and encourage anyone who is experiencing the issues I had with other hearing aids to try these out.

I received my Vivtone SyncTune Hearing Aids in THREE days!!! Today is my third day wearing them and I can’t believe how many things I’m hearing! I’ve worn hearing aids for 7 years. I had two different brands and both were behind the ear style. I decided to go with “in the ear” this time. Although it will take some time to get use to feeling them in my ear, I’m very pleased with the quality of my hearing. They are definitely “user friendly” with no app to download. The charger sanitizes the aids as well as removes any moisture! All of this for more than 10x less than I paid for my last pair of hearing aids!!!! I’m early into using my Vivtone SyncTune hearing aids but I can definitely say “So far so good!” 👍

I have the Lucid 508 hearing aids I love them and that the service that they give is outstanding I had a few questions and they answered them immediately and I was so happy with I told all my friends about them

Let's explore a better option! Unfortunately, this product falls short of expectations. Persistent connection and feedback issues have been a significant challenge. The customer service response time could be much better. I've reached out via email, call, and text, but answers have been slow to arrive. Interestingly, the Main Office address appears to be a self-storage unit, while the returns address is listed as a multi-tenant industrial park. When I opted for expedited shipping, it didn't quite live up to its promise. The tracking label number was provided days after payment, and shipping took several more days. Upon inquiry about these delays, the team recited policies without resolving the issue. The 'free trial' period comes with unexpected costs, as return shipping labels aren't provided, resulting in a $15 UPS fee. After returning the product, inspection took several weeks. Seeking a resolution, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and had my $400+ refunded. However, Vivtone Hearing declined my request for a $15 refund for return shipping. The Xpure Bluetooth model, priced at $549, wasn't worth the hassle and expense.

Getting the aids was very easy. They work great and I am very pleased that they are this good for the price I paid!
