Very clear and professional staff. The support team are great and help with explaining everything as much as possible. No problem too small to get a full answer/explanation. The money man is alittle abrupt but overall a pleasant experience and will continue to recommend to friends.

At first on 2nd visit i was bit worrying about teeth not going be proper level as temporary teeth didnt quite match but because there wasnt no metal bar keeping inline, but wen they got the final set to fit, i was so happy with it, it was perfect, the staff was brilliant, service was great, definitely recommending my friend to come here to have it done, i do recommend having Swedish teeth not Germans implants

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, organisation, accommodation, planning and dental work I have experienced throughout the process with VKSmile.
Like a lot of people I needed dental work, quoted an extortionate amount for treatment in the UK so ventured to Turkey - I came on recommendation of my brother, who’d had similar work I needed doing 2 yrs ago. He was delighted with his results and has had no issues since.

From the first visit to Leics (a big plus to get a feel of the organisation) everything went smoothly with thanks throughout to Esra in UK.
It gives you confidence that what the surgeons of my UK X-Ray assessment result matched what I was told in Leics.
The price was slightly negotiable but a third of the quote from UK!

My first visit was nerve wracking but the coordination and communication was excellent from flights, pick-up and good quality hotel in walking distance (although you could be collected/dropped daily with provided transport) to the clinic.

My treatment felt brutal at times but where they are drilling into your jaw bone, it’s difficult to provide a nicer description.
I had pain but this was managed effectively (and this was supported by a few medicinal bottles of EFES where required!)
I planned my return journey around my work/home and within the requested time frame.

The process went even smoother on my final visit with a number of improvements at an already excellent hotel.
Just completed my treatment which has been smooth, relatively pain free and well organised. The result, I think is fantastic, and at the very least I have a full set of usable teeth for first time in years!

I had such a great experience and have some managed to achieve what I thought would be unachievable in the UK. Having had many years of paying for sub par dental treatment in the UK I did my research and from the first meeting I knew I wanted to go with VK. This was many due to their shared belief in keeping as many natural teeth as possible. Don’t get m wrong, if you insist that you want a new full set of pearly whites then that’s what you’ll get, but you will also be able to trust in there expertise if you are someone like me that wants strength over style…but luckily I got both. They whitened the bottom teeth and brought the colour and shape inline with exactly what I wanted…right down to the finest detail. Please trust the process. Getting extractions is not for the faint hearted and they work much faster that we are used to back home. The hotel staff where incredible, translators were supportive, and the skills that my wonderful dentist had were world class. Highly recommend.

I can only sing the praises of vksmiles, l was told what to expect from day one a sinus lift and six top and six bottom jaw implants. I had an idea what that entailed from a friend who came to the clinic some months ago.
I was given assurances throughout felt no pain and all went well, the staff are outstanding kind and helpful l felt like a friend.
One more thing the clinic was spotless a sure sign of the professional l could expect.

I have had 28 crowns fitted over the course of the last week and was looked after so well by my cordinator/translator Mehmet who was only new to the job but what an amazing guy he was made my experience so calm and couldn't of been happier with the service he provided, so a big thanks to him. Anything to do with your mouth isn't going to be a quick and easy job I learnt that and the dentist I had didn't catch her name but wow she's unreal soft touch and really made sure I had the perfect smile before I left, she an amazing woman so I want to also thank her. I think people get stressed about things taking time and thats something you need to take into account before going through any dental treatment but yeah I am over the moon 6 days in the clinic and going home with a perfect smile. Thanks vk and again to Mehmet for making this experience alot easier!

The pick up from the airport was stressful initially but after that everything went smoothly. Communication about the post operative issues (needing a denture) was an issue and I found that some of the nursing team were a little over zealous and rough in their practice. However I was satisfied that the manager and coordinator listened to my concerns and took them very seriously. The lead Dentist was also very supportive and understanding when I was trying to explain everything too so I was grateful. The over all experience was excellent just these few things stood out in my mind but I feel once they were told, the issues got raised and dealt with

I’ve just completed two visits to VK Smiles in Antalya for 7 teeth supported by 4 implants, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very beginning, everything was extremely professional and well organised. The transfers to and from the airport/hotel and the collection for my appointments at the clinic were seamless, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
The team at VK Smiles were friendly, reassuring and professional throughout. The treatment itself went extremely well and I experienced very little discomfort, which was something I was naturally a little apprehensive about beforehand.

I was really not afraid to go to Turkey, I was afraid of what could go wrong. The staff at VK Smiles went above their jobs to keep you comfortable. Everything was done in the safest manner possible and was very pleased with the completed work. There were some bumps along the way but we survived them and things went great for 2nd visit and permanent teeth.
