AVOID VLOT!
AVOID VLOT – Payment taken, no service provided and no communication!
I paid for a virtual London business address package, including a unique office number, mail-handling services and customer portal. Payment was taken immediately, yet my order remains marked as “Processing” days later, with still no business address or advertised services provided.
Despite emailing them to request cancellation, I’ve received absolutely no acknowledgement or response.
Numerous Trustpilot reviews report remarkably similar experiences, raising serious concerns about this company’s business practices.
I have now formally reported Vlot to the National Cyber Security Centre and Trading Standards and will be pursuing a payment reversal through my bank.
My advice? Avoid this company. Read the reviews before parting with your money.
Scam
Scammers from abroad posing as a UK company. They will take your money and you get nothing.

Sadly I fallen for this scam too. This is not a serious business - I was made to pay an extra £10 for posting one letter, which I didn't pay - eventually I upgraded my account to receive mail. When my post didnt arrive I started to ask questions... I was ignored. When I finally complained more I was met with a very long defensive email - about how they have thousands of customers and sometimes mail expected by customers doesnt arrive to them. Save you money - use a better service first time round.

VLOT Virtual Office- Very disappointing
VLOT Virtual Office – Very disappointing experience
I purchased VLOT's basic virtual office address plan for around £10 for the year, and unfortunately the experience has been very poor.
After making the payment, I received no confirmation email, no welcome email and no instructions explaining what I needed to do next. I logged back into the website where I'd made the purchase, but there was still nothing explaining how to access or obtain the virtual office address I'd paid for.
I eventually had to contact VLOT myself to find out what was happening. Only then was I told that I needed to provide proof of ID before the service could be activated. That's absolutely fine, but why isn't this explained during checkout or immediately after purchasing? There should be a clear email or message telling customers what documents are required and what happens next.
I provided the requested ID, but another day has now passed and I've still received no confirmation or virtual office address.
At this point I've paid for a service that I haven't actually been able to use, and I've had to chase the company myself at every stage just to find out what's happening. I subsequently noticed that other customers have left poor reviews, which I wish I'd checked before purchasing.
I'm now looking to cancel the service. Very disappointing experience, particularly because something as simple as an automated email explaining the verification process would have prevented most of this frustration.
The least transparent of all..
The least transparent of all other virtual address sellers.
Unlike others, you will have no idea of your address until you have completed and paid for the product. Only then, you will find out that contrary to their claim of an address in London, you are rather allocated an address in Welling (which is more Kent than London). And if you dare point it out, they aggressively reply that "Welling is Greater London" (clearly not london but greater london). No changing of mind or refund is accepted. Good luck with your business mail getting there.

SCAM! DO NOT USE!
Scam website offering free virtual address so they can take your ID!! STAY AWAY!!
Very Poor customer Service Makes Me Suspicious
I am suspicious, especially now, after seeing many poor reviews and warnings.
I asked a few questions about their service through their email address, and their online question portal and, finally, through leaving the same questions on their anasaphone, after calling their phone number. However, after 3 days I have not got an answer through any of those avenues.
When I tried to acquire their free virtual business address, being very careful to fill in all fields correctly, after four or five attempts, I kept seeing the following statement, come up "No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address or contact us if you need help", and wasn't able to acquire the free address.
If it's not a scam, I can at least, safely say that their customer service is very, very poor!
Use caution when dealing with this company.
Rude and unprofessional
I’m actually giving them a ZERO. I changed my mind and wanted to cancel less than 7 days after they issued the address. The person who replied was very rude and unprofessional. And they refuse to refund although their T&C states that I’m due a refund because I cancelled within 7 days and I didn’t use the address. When I referred them to their refund policy, they stopped replying my emails. They do not answer calls. This seems like a scam and needs to be reported.

Scam
Scam, do not share you ID with them or give them any money. Someone needs to report them to the police ASAP
Scammers . stay away
I paid for their service yesterday, as I sell on eBay and do not want my home address to be publicly visible. When I logged in, it stated the account is still in process. This should be automatic. I do not understand what is going on here. Looking at the previous reviews, looks like I have been scammed. I rang the customer service number and it rang strangely. This website has to be reported
