Product is bland
Service was great but the product is something I won't be buying again. Bland - I have to make some fancy recipe just to get it in.

Be very careful, no communication and now website won’t work
Have sent a couple of emails. One with a product question and asking for help and next one several days ago asking about the money back guarantee and cancelling my subscription as even though been having matcha for well over 6 months and really excited to try vmatcha I just can’t get on with the taste. No replies or help or support whatsoever… be very careful. Now I can’t even get to my subscription to cancel it myself .. says problem loading this page … check URL… very worrying!!!
Thank you for the long reply... the point is I was trying to work with you but you didn't reply to my emails ... it's now 25th June and still no replies to either!! Completed Ghosted! The only reply Ive got is to this review ...
Thanks for now cancelling my subscription but I can't confirm as it requests in your email as the link still doesn't work no matter which browser I use!
I don't remember a recipe book in the pack but I will go and look. But as stated I have tried it in different ways
Didn't say there was a fault with the product just was giving background information and how I was really excited to try it and was disappointed I couldn't get use to the taste then to have no communication from you or help etc then website problems was more worrying
Will I be getting my money back?
an disillusioned customer who has plenty of experience with a variety of subscriptions

Antwort von VMatcha
Hi Rachel,
We're sorry to hear that VMatcha wasn't to your personal taste.
For the benefit of anyone reading this review, we'd like to clarify a few points.
Your order was placed on 15 June and delivered on 17 June. On the day it arrived, you contacted us with two questions regarding the welcome pack and a website issue. Two days later, you emailed to say that, despite trying the matcha with both milk and water and at different strengths, you personally didn't enjoy the flavour and wished to use our Money Back Guarantee and cancel your subscription.
Your review states that there was "no communication" and gives the impression that this had been an ongoing issue for weeks. That is not an accurate reflection of the timeline. Your emails were sent only a few days apart, and we have since cancelled your subscription as requested.
You also mention that you've been drinking matcha for over six months. As an experienced matcha drinker, you'll know that authentic matcha has a naturally earthy and slightly bitter flavour profile, and every brand varies depending on the cultivar, harvest and production methods. Enjoying one matcha does not necessarily mean you'll enjoy another, and a personal taste preference should not be mistaken for a fault with the product.
Your welcome pack also included our recipe book, which contains a wide range of preparation methods and drink recipes to help customers find the style that best suits their taste. While we appreciate you experimented with different strengths, we also provide numerous recipes designed to cater for different flavour preferences.
Finally, thank you for highlighting the website issues you experienced. We are investigating both the contact page and the subscription portal, as we want every customer's experience to be as smooth as possible.
We stand behind the quality of our matcha and our Money Back Guarantee. Although we're sorry VMatcha wasn't the right matcha for your palate, we wish you all the best.
The Vmacha is good, but I have just started, so I can't give you much assurance now.
It tastes good, but can't saying anything more because i have just started to drink it.

Definitely recommend trying this!
Really enjoying this matcha so far. It tastes smooth and not too bitter, which I like. Gives me a nice energy boost without the crash, and helps me stay focused during the day.
Super easy to mix and feels like good quality overall. Definitely something I’ll keep using

VMatcha Core4 kit!
I got the VMatcha Core4 kit which came with their ceremonial grade matcha powder, a go-to travel mug to keep my drink hot or cold, a scoop for the powder, and an electric whisk to get the matcha texture perfect!
I was really impressed with the quality of the matcha - I’ve always been a coffee person but trying VMatcha has convinced me!
The matcha was super easy to prepare, and the recipe book included in the kit made it even easier to follow along.
The matcha tasted great, and I’m super excited to try more recipes from the kit!
