Nice courteous gentleman. Went through car operation in a very detailed manner. Hand off was as smooth as it gets.

Jeff was very professional and helpful with the delivery of the hire car. Explained everything fully and even had a couple of jokes too!!

From customer servise to dropping vehicle they are really fast and good at delivering car specially white jeff. I was back on the road the next day. Really good service totally recommend.

Just had an email from v motsbility , almost 4 months after a courtesy van was returned, after they cancelled the first pick update I wasn’t present when they picked it up the next day, I’m a plasterer and there were definitely dusty footprints on the cab floor, I’ll admit that…..I’m being billed for £188.60 for damage!….the cost has just been assessed according to the email, 4 months later. Steer clear of them

had a car via Sopp Sopp insurance as one of their insured hit me. vmobility dropped off driver refused to stay while I checked car with colleague yelling at him on phone to get me to scan QR code. On pick up discovered their person marking car for anything they could find, had not even informed me they were there guess half hour at least, when confronted told me "nothing to do with you Sopp Sopp will pay" refused to let me discuss. Two weeks later send photo's of damage, miniscule chip in windscreen which no single driver would notice and damage to bumber which I had photo'd on delivery so clearly this is a pick up only process. Clearly a ripoff company, if any of your insurance companies suggest you taking a courtesy car from vMobility refuse.

Absolute disgust

Charge me 3 months later £108 , so called £60 parking charge with £40 admin and £8 for clerical charge, Weren’t interested, new nothing about it, Not able to challenge, passed pillar to post, not there issue, that’s why they take your card details at start and couldn’t care less, attitude stinks , one of the worst companies ever dealt with, utter disgrace , avoid at all costs

After a minor accident, I was targeted by a scam claims line pretending to be NFU. They passed my details to Winn Solicitors as a "lead." Winn immediately automated the process—instructing V. Mobility and Fix Auto Bristol—without once contacting my insurance company to verify if legal representation was even needed. It isn’t.
If it weren't for a vigilant other party who questioned the setup, this would have escalated further. My actual insurer is now dealing with the claim. Winn Solicitors must start auditing the phone calls of the leads they buy instead of blindly paying commissions for fraudulent referrals. V Mobility have actually told the gentleman concerned (the accident was only a few days ago ) to instruct me to contact Winn Solicitors or they won’t cancel. I will 100% not be doing this as I didn’t instruct Winn Solicitor in the first place. Please accept the cancellation you’ve received from Jamie as correct as you will not be being paid

Delivery of the rental car was great, very efficient- Jeff Joseph had great communication upon delivery of the vehicle and how to use the vehicle. the car was very like for like in size - would highly recommend

What a Disaster! Ages waiting on the phone because "All our agents are busy"; 2 call handlers hung up on me; refusal to commit to availability of car; failed to call back when asked. It took over 40 minutes to be able to pay them £1. Asked to speak to someone senior about my experience and "no-one was available"! I hope I never have to deal with them again.

Fantastic service. Car was delivered on time and in great condition. 100% recommend.
