Took too
Long for 3 people to move things out and they wrapped everything in plastic outside and I didn’t realise as some things didn’t need it.
Communication wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t use company again.

Just the quote was good , but the people you send very bad manner very rude no really help us much

Communicated well, turned up on time, handled all goods with great care, very professional and courteous. Highly recommended

Victor and his boys are fantastic!
This review is actually from April last year (2024), but I forgot to write a review then.
Victor and his team are big strong guys that works incredibly hard and non-stop. Not a single thing broken or damaged.
I also got them in a couple of days later to move my 900 litre salt water aquarium. Just the glass box weighed 250kg, that 4 of them carried down a narrow and steep stairway, again with perfect result.
Will use them again this year for my move.

I recommend this company. they are honest and trustworthy

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST MOVES I'VE DONE AS COMPANY KEPT COMMUNICATIONS OPEN AND THE TWO GUYS EDDY AND LAURENCE WERE VERY NICE AND DID THE JOB WONDERFULLY. COULDN'T REALLY FAULT THEM. DROVE AND THEN PARKED AS PER MY INSTRUCTIONS AS TO NOT BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY OF THE UNITS. NOTHING DAMAGED AT ALL, WOULD USE AGAIN

Easy booking; well priced (my job was just two pieces of furniture) that other movers couldn't offer comparative price anywhere near; thoughtfully and professionally moved.

V Move were excellent, they turned up exactly on time and expedited a move in the eastern suburbs with tricky parking and access and got the whole thing done super quickly.

The guys were great!! Even went back and helped us move a swing set. Thank you 🙏

The movers were fine and only a few things were broken. A couple of those things could be repaired. I got a quote for three men with Marisol, and it was agreed over the phone that three would come but, on the day, a different company came and only two men showed. VMove had sub-contracted to a local company to do the move. I understand stuff happens but there was no call to tell me what was happening. On balance, I wouldn't use this company again. They broke stuff and were expensive.

The removalists were friendly and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately once they left and I walked into my bedroom with newly laid carpet, I found muddy boot prints

Movers themselves were great, but customer service was awful. Tried to overcharge me by a lot and rude to me over the phone. I don’t recommend. Unpleasant experience.

This company took four hours for a move of a 2-bedroom unit literally across the street (from number 2 to number 1 on the same road).

It seems like they just decided how much they wanted to earn that day and then charged me that amount. If you use them, be prepared to pay a lot more than what you were quoted.

Great service. On time, very careful moving items within the houses and loading items in truck. Very reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I have since recommended V Move to 2 friends who will be moving.
