On 20 January we responded to your cancellation request within hours, with a one-click link to confirm it. That confirmation step is what finalizes a cancellation, so if it isn't completed the subscription keeps renewing. Cancellation has also always been available directly in your member area at any time.

We've now cancelled your subscription fully and refunded your latest payment. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this.

Dear Keith,

We’ve reviewed both the website and the offer details again. As you mentioned, you purchased the service in 2020, and the Important Details section clearly states that the length of access is 1 year. Additionally, since you purchased it through StackSocial, any concerns regarding your purchase should be addressed directly with them, as they are responsible for customer support in this case.

Had you purchased the service from us directly and your credits were still valid, I would completely understand your frustration. However, since your credits expired four years ago, it’s unfortunate to receive this feedback now.
