PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE Market Research Society to get paid and raise awareness.

I completed a paid research project for Vocal Views over two months ago and have still not been paid.

I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. Their landline number is never answered, and multiple emails to different staff members have been completely ignored.

After experiencing this and seeing numerous similar reviews from other participants reporting either non-payment or extreme delays, it is clear this is not an isolated incident.

I have now formally raised a case with the Market Research Society (MRS) to ensure I get paid and would encourage anyone experiencing the same issue to contact them.

Updating this for a third time following successful payment.

Similarly to a lot of people who have posted recently, I did a job in September - payment withheld because of the client, November date of payment came and went.

Unresponsive to emails or phone calls - still not paid after three months.

I esclated it to MRS and received an reply from their legal team stating that I had not completed the research properly and the mass communications sent to over 200 people justified not replying indivudally.

When challenged to provide details of non-compleitition, they stated not recieving photos. Despite the fact was emailed and then also re-emailed - due to a server issue, no photos were recieved thus no payment.

When pushed back again with clear evidence, was given the benefit of the doubt and an incentive paid instantly.

Just wanted to review this company again ( I reviewed them a year ago).

I’ve done a couple of research projects for them this year and the communication at the recruitment stage was excellent.
The projects were really interesting and well moderated.

The only issue I see with these guys is that it does take a while to be paid, many market research companies pay within a couple of weeks… many now within days. But with VV it takes a month.
But you know what? That’s absolutely fine as long as you do get paid… and I always have been.
I think the one area where they could tighten up is to let every participant know that it may take a month to get paid, if they did that then I’m sure the reviews would be better because they really are an excellent company to deal with.

Please void this company.I done a research since September and still haven’t been paid. They never pay on time.

Completed a focus group in September and still waiting to be paid..emailed them a few times and was told there was issues with the client..rubbish...I had emailed the client and they were very surprised that I hadn't been paid...they say they will pay this week..but they said that they would pay on 20th November and never happened...cannot get though to them on the phone either....would not recommend the to anyone

This company is an absolute disgrace and I will be reporting them to the MRSA.

I did 2 mystery shops at the Apple and Samsung stores in both Westfield Stratford and White City in the beginning of September and was promised payment within 21 days. It was a lot of effort for £140. Excuse after excuse followed and I eventually got paid today. I have done a good few researches for them and each time it has taken months to get paid and it is impossible to get hold of anybody to chase. Friends report similar experiences, and we have all vowed never to do anything else for them as it's really not worth the aggravation. They also had the nerve to ask me to remove a negative review I left on here previously saying that they had changed! Pleased that I didn't!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I completed a refrigerator study on 1st October, which included a pre-task, and was promised payment within 21 days. Later, we were told payment would be processed by 20November. It is now well past that date, and I have still not been paid. I have tried repeatedly to contact the team via phone, email, and the support address, but no one responds. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I have worked on several projects with them before without issue, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. If payment is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to the MRS.

Exceptionally professional and genuinely well organised. Every part of the process felt smooth, clear, and handled with real care. Communication was timely, instructions were straightforward, and everything ran exactly as promised. It is rare to find a team that operates with this level of precision and reliability. Highly recommended.

Waiting months to be paid for a project that was meant to be paid 14 days after completion!

Communication has been terrible, and this is not the first time I have had this experience with Vocal View.

Completed a car study, never received incentive despite acknowledgment from Vocal views issue with payment . Claimed some issue but since then no contact or responses to emails. Very disappointed.

I had previously done 2 taste and tell surveys with them and they contacted me to see if I wanted to be apart of the research again (I applied once and THEY contacted me the other 2 times to see if I wanted to participate again). I said yes I wouldn’t mind participating as I have never had a problem before but I honestly wish I didn’t. I have had to send emails with no response other than once which was an out of office email, so clearly the emails are being received. But no response regarding when payment which should have been sent will be received. They don’t ever answer the phone even the number I was previously being contacted on no longer accepts calls. If you are willing to do the work without getting paid I would suggest working with them, but if you expect them to pay you for your time and honest review don’t bother, vocal views, it would be great if you respond to me. I have sent another email today at 13:33

Have done surveys in the past, got paid out fine with no issues. Recently, have been trying to raise a support issue with them regarding the disclosure of my personal banking details to an unknown individual. I have tried to contact them through every possible avenue and have had no response, so unfortunately I'm engaging legal advice and will probably have to go via my bank and the police(!) to get this resolved, since VocalViews refuse to engage with me. Never got paid for the panel in question, either!

I hope people will read the most recent reviews here before taking on any market research with these scammers as there is obviously a pattern of behaviour. So unprofessional. I took part in a taste and tell research over a month ago that took 12 days, but have never received payment. I have emailed and text multiple people as well called but have not received any response from any of these.

Honestly they are quite pathetic and should be ashamed of wasting people's time, money and effort. I completed a study a month ago which involved me having to drive to a shopping centre to do a mystery shop in an Apple store and Samsung store and take multiple photos. I then had to complete two long surveys. I was told I would be paid 21 days after the study. That time has elapsed and I've called too many times to count. I have emailed multiple email addresses multiple times and I've also text them many times. No replies whatsoever. This is embarrassing. No doubt they have received payment from their client and are using our feedback/survey answers to please their client. It is utterly disgraceful to waste people's time and effort like this. Even if there is a delay with payment, at least have the respect and decency to let participants know. The absolute worst company to ever do a research study for. I wish I has read these reviews before agreeing to do this.

Did a taste test last month, that it took a lot of time and effort and still havent been paid ( after a month) , Contacted the researcher and the support via email and text message - absolutely no answer , Feel like completely scam

Did some research comparing Apple and Samsung phones several weeks ago - no payment received. Email many times and called many times - no response.
Will avoid doing any more work for them

I strongly advise avoiding Vocal Views. I completed a study with them nearly six weeks ago for a $70 payment, but I have not been paid. They initially sent me a Wise link, I entered my details, and the payment was cancelled. Wise confirmed that only the sender can resolve this issue.

Since then, I’ve contacted Vocal Views repeatedly through email and chat with no response. They ignore messages and provide no support. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a deliberate avoidance of paying participants.
If you value your time and expect to be compensated as promised, do not trust this company.

Super professional throughout whilst providing my thoughts and learning new things.

I had a very wonderful experience. Our conversation was energetic and interactive. Everyone contributed as much as a we could. The topic was on tyres and we didn't just talk about Yokohamas which was the main focus. We also explored different types of tyres, cars and lots more. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Very interesting market research session and the Vocal Views team gave me all the information I needed for a seamless meeting.
