It’s was slightly damaged but that wasn’t the problem the main problem is it’s a fake Jordan 4 retro I brought from you plus if anyone reading this comment don’t buy from them they sell fake Jordan and their company isn’t based in the uk it actually some guy selling it from china google map the business address and you’ll see it shows some council estate the name of the business doesn’t even exist spend £116 on some fake shit hope you thieving bastard rots in hell

Bought some expensive trainers from this site as an Xmas gift for my husband.. upon opening them they were poorly made and had plastic soles and were by far the worst quality/made running shoes I’d ever seen (were not as shown in the picture online)….
So I informed them I would be returning them and the reason why and I sent them special delivery to the return address on their website to make sure they got back to them safely. They then had the cheek to offer me only half of my money back (even tho I returned them within 5 days of receiving them) I said No, I want a full refund as I’ve not touched the trainers other than opening the box and then I heard nothing back. I chased them for my money for over a month maybe two and also asked them to collect the trainers from the post office as I could see they were still sat there 2 months later and still to date, I never got a reply!… so I spoke to my bank to get me my money back and two weeks ago, the trainers turned up at my house with a label on from Royal Mail, saying they were returned to sender as no one picked them up from the post office! So because I wouldn’t accept their part refund they wouldn’t collect the trainers from the post office - they’re a joke and how they do business is beyond belief but I’ll always make sure I read trust pilot before buying again as i unfortunately didn’t read the review on this company till AFTER I had spent my money with them and found that all their feedback is so right and not a company to spend with as I’m nearly £200 out of pocket and have a pair of mens trainers I wouldn’t even let me dog chew on as they are horrendous!

I ordered a pair of Nike air Jordan 4 retro Black cat 2020 iconic sneakers in size 5.5 for my daughters Christmas present. However, I got sent a size 5 instead. When I contacted customer services they said
'We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, and we want to make things right. We've attached our detailed size chart for your reference, which is based on the manufacturer's specifications. While we believe the sizing is accurate, we understand your disappointment'
They offered a partial refund but I never received it. I'm now stuck with trainers that are too small. Such a waste of money.

I placed an order for a pair of trainers and based on reviews I decided to cancel the order within 1 hour....turns out the reviews warning against having anything to do with this company were spot on. I have spent months trying to get a refund, they send emails confirming refund, apologising for confusion, reconfirming refund, all diversion tactics designed to make you give up. Thankfully I paid through paypal and after 3 months I am getting money back. These people are gangsters and I am now adding to the 1 star club...if you have any wit you will avoid this company like the plague

Horrible......product last 1game of basketball and then started falling apart, they offered only a 30% refund and now I want to return them they do not respond to any of my emails

Avoid at all cost,ordered a pair of nike trainers,when they eventually arrived they were nothing like what I ordered,emails sent but no reply so got PayPal involved,did end up getting an address to send them back to but this was in Vietnam so didn't bother as this would have cost £50,so lesson learnt,if it's too good to be true it probably is.

This company is not based in the U.K. as their website implies.
They are based in Vietnam and their goods are counterfeit.
I bought a pair of Nike air max: wrong size was sent. They refused to replace or offer a refund.
I had to escalate to PayPal; Voguelavish waited until the last minute to respond saying they would refund upon receipt of the trainers.
I had to return the trainers to Vietnam (not the U.K. per their website homepage) at a cost of £50 in order to receive a refund of £115. PayPal would not intervene re the postage charge even though I had been sent the wrong size trainers.
As a result I attempted to sell the trainers on eBay and the trainers failed the authenticity test.

I would avoid buying anything from this company and I would definitely not use PayPal either as their customer protection is inferior to most banks.

I ordered Nike trainers from Voguelavish on Dec 11th 2024 as a Christmas present for my daughter. They cost £112.50. took 2 weeks to arrive. They were listed as 6.5 UK sizing but were HUGE. I tried to phone 2 numbers but no reply. I wanted to get labels to send them back. I emailed the company in London and had many fruitless exchanges with Emma from "Customer Success" (not Support) and it transpired that neither a refund or an exchange was going to be offered. She even suggested I donate the shoes to charity and re order a smaller size with a 20% discount. I said I could not afford to do that and I was perfectly within my rights to exchange or gat a refund. She said the shoes would have to be sent back to USA and that would cost them 60 to 80 dollars! I asked for the USA address so I could deal direct with them but that was withheld. She kept referring to a "detailed sizing chart" attached to each email she sent. It was never attached. My daughter did not have a present from me on Christmas Day and I have lost £112.50.

Absolute pirates. Awful. I ordered some trainers for my daughter for Christmas. They took 18 days to arrive and when they did they were not the size I ordered. I raised a dispute with PayPal, which they had to provide a refund, but they wouldn’t pay for me to post them back. They gave me an address in Vietnam which cost me £25!! The address on their website says London!

Terrible terrible terrible shop. I demand you don’t go near them. My mum bought me a pair of shoes from here for my birthday and well where do I start… The box was an old box clearly second hand and was incredibly damaged which they said was the shippers fault hahaha it could have been dropped off a plane and still been in better condition, disgraceful! As for the actual shoes - they weren’t even the same colour as those on the website and clearly fake! We tried to get a refund but no nothing, the service from these lot is horrendous! Please please please stay away, bunch of fools.

Ordered a pair of trainers 27/11/24 thinking they'd be here for Christmas as they were a present,didn't know really they were not coming from the UK, tracking info never changed, put a claim in with PayPal for a refund as they hadn't arrived for Christmas, while PayPal were investigating trainers arrived 27/11/24 but because it was after Christmas, trainers were a bit tight and the person had bought some themselves I asked to return and refund, Voguelavish has offered 20% refund then upped it to 30% when I refused, I have refused again and now they are ignoring my emails. Avoid this company

I was looking for the Nike Alphafly 3 to run the London Marathon. They are a £280 shoe so I was trying to get them a little cheaper. When I saw them advertised at £113 I thought it must be too good to be true but took a chance.
A month later I had an idea to compare them to my previous Nike Alphafly 2. My suspicion was aroused when they felt heavier as they were supposed to be lighter. Having weighed them they are 280 GM's at size 7.5 when supposed to be 218 at size 9. After some research I found that you can check authenticity by scanning the QR code on the product. If genuine it should land on Nike website. These landed on Stockx.com. Draw your own conclusions.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.They sell counterfeit goods for full price.I purchased trainers for £113 .New they were fake straight away.Tryed to return them .Was told id only get 20% refund as theyd need shipped back to hongkong.They then offerd me 50% refund .When i rejected the offer I have now not had any contact .PLEASE AVOID

Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter’s Christmas present on 15.12.24 and had order confirmation email. On 17.12.24 another email, order processed. Then nothing. Read the reviews and started to think I’ve been scammed sent email on 23.12.24, heard nothing. However on 28.12.24, message from PayPal to say they were out for delivery and amazingly they turned up the same day. My daughter is made up with them. Would have been better to have more communication from the company.

I write because I saw all the bad reviews and admit I panicked when bought then researched after and thought I had just wasted money. However… whilst I could not track anything once paid and the delivery time a little longer (albeit Christmas) my sons travis Scott’s turned up today! Fantastic. Really pleased. Have faith!

Bought a pair of trainers online. Processed quickly but didn’t find out until after I’d paid, that the delivery time put it really close to Xmas - suggest delivery dates should be made clearer before finalising order to avoid disappointment and allow alternatives (next day) to be selected. Delivery was not good - Evri lost the parcel ! I’d read reviews that suggested this supplier was running a scam so was concerned but this is utter rubbish ! Voguelavish did exactly what they promised and the trainers (according to my son) are ‘dope’ and he’s not actually bothered that he got them two days after Xmas !. I used PayPal to pay and was able to use their tracking so I knew that Evri had the parcel and in fairness, once contacted, Evri dealt with the issue within 48 hours.
Product is really good and the price was the most competetive. Would happily recommend and use Voguelavish again.

Terrible trouble with delivery - went to PayPal as I thought I had been scammed! Happy with the product when it eventually arrived, exactly what I ordered.

Prices are a bit high, but the customer service is excellent. Will definitely come back.
